I was hesitant to use this location based on the reviews but am glad I did. I was able to check in (on my phone) 10 minutes before my appointment. At the time of my appointment, Ms. Aquasia (apologies for not asking how to spell your name) called me to the back. She was extremely pleasant and professional. The blood draw went fairly quickly and she informed me that my results would appear on my quest account within 3-5 days and will also be sent to my physician's office.I will definitely book this location in the future based on my experience today.

Appointment is at 8:10am, and I didn’t get seen until 9:10am. The whole point of an appointment is so you don’t have to wait. I was late to work because of this.The lady that was seeing me also left midway? There’s only one doctor/physician here.They ask to provide insurance information, but then they tell you to buy a test. What’s the point of asking for insurance if I have to buy a test anyway?Awful experience. Go somewhere else.

Waited more than 10 minutes to drop off a sample. Knocked on the door and told them I needed to drop off a frozen sample, I have everything. Still had to sign in and wait for someone to take the sample. The whole time the employees in the back were chit chatting and laughing and talking and taking their sweet time.Why don’t you have a faster service for drop offs? Why are your employees laughing and playing around in the back instead of doing their jobs?This is ridiculous.

This Quest is a train wreck every time. I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, and they were running late AS ALWAYS. I am sick of them wasting my time. Some of the Quests are good, but not this one. Don't go here.

Called and scheduled appointment. Get there and they say I have no appointment sign in as a walk in, while the entire waiting room is full. I'm on a time schedule that's why I made an appointment. Questlabs may have just cost me a good job. Thanks, your company sucks

Patiently waited for 15 minutes to be greeted by a front desk representative but that never happened. An employee walked in, rushing to escape to the back, however, she was greeted by a patient who asked a general question. Unsurprisingly, she had an attitude problem. Shortly thereafter, a lab tech called me to have my blood drawn. Everyone seemed disorganized, lazy, and unprofessional. I don't recommend this location.

I went here for lab work ordered by my MD and was told by the worker that "The order is incomplete" and "I hate when they do this"--referring to my MD. She said curtly that "I" needed to be the one to call the MD to ask for the revisions but then she decided to call them when they opened at 9 AM. I waited for a while as she took another patient back but had to get back to work. I ended up leaving and actually leaving my order there.Given my MD was mainly at fault for giving me an incomplete order that she couldn't process, I certainly felt that her frustration was directed toward me.I work in healthcare and felt her pushing off the revision to a patient was unacceptable, she should have recognized immediately that she needed to contact the MD without an attitude to correct it. I would not return here in the future.

Ridiculous staff ,unprofessional attitude, arrogant behaviour, untrained employees.Technicians were not able to draw blood ,kept requesting to go to children healthcare of AtlantaFor a simple drawing of blood that was done at CHOA in the first attempt without any problemsTechnician at quest snellville took five attempts and still fail to do soI feel it’s really unsafe to visit this locationPs : I would not even give 1 star to this location but just to write my experience with them I have to give 1 star

Tiana was super friendly and quick. In and out in a urinalysis in 5 minutes.

I see loads of negative reviews, but that was not my experience...staff was friendly and responsive! I had no wait and the blood draw was one of the best I have had. Thank you for the kindness!!

I got terrible service today. No communication, long wait times, unresponsive employees (who don't wear name tags). I don't understand how they're still in business!

Worst medical experience so far. the kiosk was not working properly and did not honor my appointment. i was fiddling with it for 10 mins maybe trying to secure my appointment. finally a worker lets a customer out and i politely asked for assistance and was told instantly i need a mask. i ask for a mask since EVERY medical facility i have been too offers masks at the front door or desk and was told to go to kroger. after that remark i kept asking for kiosk help and she kept telling me to put a mask on, ok i understand i need a mask ma'am but i also need help because i had a 0945 appointment. she asked me ignorantly what time it is now. i said 0950, which she replied guess you're past your appointment. i had been trying to get into my appointment through the kiosk for 5-10 mins without anybody wanting to assist me. is it how i look, is it because i'm under 40 and look a certain way that you didn't want to help me because my tone was very polite. I needed help and nobody helped me. instead i got turned away.

Worker was very unprofessional and rude, no one was in the front at check in, although there is a digital sign in kiosk other quests I’ve been to still have persons there for questions, when my kids name came up she came out the door and mumbled her last name and told us we needed masks I asked her do they have any to give she said no and closed the door and went back to the back not where I can get one from or anything.. so I see there’s a beauty supply store in the plaza I purchase and come back to have to knock on the door because no one is in waiting area to greet and she has Checked my daughter out and told me I had to redo check in, during the process she of course rude and did not make any eye contact speaking to us put her arms up in the air for us to take ID & insurance cards.. did not close the door while drawing her blood for privacy……this experience was disgusting and she needs to be evaluated on professionalism

Even though they charge me $129 claiming that insurance didn't cover everything. It's been three months since I did my blood work and today my doctor still have not received the results. This is the location at Eastside hospital in snellville.

My husband and I had our labs done this morning at Quest. There was no wait and Shaune, the phleobotomist was very professional and drew our blood without pain. She is a very nice lady with a gentle hand.The entire process took only a few minutes.Thank you so much for making this experince a good one.
