I don’t know her name but (she’s the younger African American woman that works there) she made my quick visit a breeze. I will definitively go back to this location if I ever need more test done. B4 leaving I even gave her a nice cocktail to try at home.

My visit to quest was a very trying time and I was super emotional and not at my best on emotional stability. Several of the staff help me calm down as they helped me on what test I needed to take due to the doctor's office order being misplaced in the system somehow. The ladies and the one gentlemen that assisted me were all super professional and kind however Amy stood out the most. I appreciate the empathy she gave in my trying time the most! Other places I've experienced rude customer service. I will always recommend this location.

This location is so slow. Waiting room full of people with no patients in the back. 3hr wait with no previously scheduled appointments.

Your phone system needs an update. There should also be a warning on the website that quest is mostly self service, no phone support, no in person support. The bathroom was gross. I got anxiety from being taken in a needle room thinking I was there for a urine test. I was turned away for no walk I've at the location I went to. Why is there not a no walk in available on the website if the system in person can tell me that. Why do these systems not connect? How are y'all paying top dollar for tech that had so many loop holes. Hopefully I never have to do another drug test, if I do, I'm definitely looking else where. This was the worst drug testing experience I've ever had and I used to be a fan of how easy quest was. I'm not sure if these upgrades are for protection the people working there, since no one is to be seen when you walk in and there is a sign saying if you are rude you will be asked to leave.

My family and I had a wonderful visit this morning. My son, who is autistic, has never had his blood drawn before. The phlebotomist was nice and he listened to all my concerns. And my son felt safe, happy and didn't have a meltdown throughout the process!

As a physician visiting this location I was truly appalled by the service. When providing for patients, clear communication is very important and the employees here fell very short. They were not only rude but did not give clear instructions for my testing which resulted in my test being invalidated. I wish I could give 0 stars. I would recommend visiting any other quest diagnostics location if possible.

I will always try to schedule an appointment especially if on the weekend however my son's appt was flawless and it got extremely busy but we were in and out. Also be on time
