I get the same medications filled every month and they still never seem to have my medications in stock. Same for my son. It takes them 4-6 days to fill a prescription if they don't have it in stock. And no one calls you to let you know there's a delay. The only way to find out is if you call them. Poor customer service and not proactive at all.

Its tough sometimes being a foster parent to multiple children with different prescriptions and keeping everything together. Im always happy for the customer service I receive. Jordin who works in the pharmacy is always so kind, helpful, and patient. She never seems bothered by my prescription questions or follow ups. Thank you for the excellent service in the pharmacy!

Went in today to pick up my regular prescription as well as my brothers. I am in there at least once a week. Well today I got asked for DOB, address and then my license. The new young man was very rude and put me through it . If I give you my info, why should you then ask for my license? He said because it was a controlled substance. Thirty Ambien that I get on the regular every month. There were four other techs or pharmacists that watched this activity. I have had multiple family members pick up my prescription many times before. Obviously they don’t have ID that would have my name on it. I will not continue to go to this pharmacy. No one in my family will. They have changed over the past few months and I’m not feeling them any longer. Long standing customers should not have to put up with these new attitudes. This young new guy clearly had issues and threw my receipt at me. I don’t want to catch a case getting my prescriptions so I will give another local pharmacy my business. Management needs to tighten up. I’m sure I’m not the only one observing the change. Nevermind , I had to wait about eight days for my blood pressure medicine that I was out of.

Odd behavior, pharmacist overriding the doctor. Not refilling prescription called in months ago.

This location used to be great. There's no reason it should take 2 or 3 days to fill a prescription that's in stock. With 4 people behind the counter. As I sat and waited, the employees discussed negatively their experiences with customers out loud. They're also the most expensive. I really liked them, but I'm going to have to switch locations or pharmacies.

No matter what doctor gives me a prescription (and I have several), this Publix always has a problem with receiving the order. It may be they don't check their electronically sent prescriptions enough? I am always calling back and! forth to my doctors and Publix to get my meds because Publix always tells me they haven't received the prescription yet. Timing is essential for these meds to be filled and applied! NOT two days and several repeat calls later!

Waited 5 full days to tell me that a prescription was on back order and that it didn't show up on the day they said it would...if something is on backorder or unavailable then the customer should be notified IMMEDIATELY when it comes to meds...now I may run out before it will be available. Thanks for the communication publix.

Kaila is wonderful. She remembered my name after one visit and helped me get a lower price on my medication. Friendly, capable and fantastic customer service. Great work, Kaila.

I get my prescription from publix, the male pharmacist(Aaron Williams) at this location for the third time, would pick and select what medications he has "AVAILABLE". Does he dispense certain prescription based on race and ethnicity? I was standing right there the intern gave him my prescription for review, he knew what medication it was , being the pharmacist in charge at that time he should know what (certain) meds that are in stock and not. I'm a Pharmacist myself I know the drill. It took him 30 minutes to tell me the medication was not available. He never cared on how I could get the medication and I was very sickI couldn't get my medication thatevening, other stores will be closed by the time I get there. I don't know how many people he has done this to. You took an oath (if it made any sense to you ) to help people stay well. I didn't see it. Health professionals care for people how they would want there family members cared for. I didn't see it

I don't know what position Will has at the Publix Pharmacy at this location, but I will say that he is very insensitive when it comes to what I was told is Publix Pharmacy's policy, which is they do not notify the doctor's office that wrote the prescription or the person that needs the prescribed medication that they do not have the medication at their location and they have to order, therefore, it will be in within the next day or two. This is the second time this has happened to me and the second time I've had to speak to insensitive Will. When I called on 6/9/22, to see if the prescription had been called into Publix, Will looked me up in the system and told me that it will be ready tomorrow, 6/10/22, mind you I went to the doctor on 6/8/22. I explained that I was out of my medication and that is why the doctor called the order in on 6/8/22, Will said "well ok, repeated that I could pick the meds up tomorrow and if I wanted to I could transfer to another pharmacy and have them call Publix. I knew it was worthless to argue with him on the phone, because like I said, I've already been through this and Will was the one that told me what I mentioned above. Needless to say, I will not be refilling my meds at Publix anymore.

Normally when I visit this location I come across such nice people. Today was very different. The older white lady i. Customer service threw her hand up at me and told me they couldn't do separate charge for money orders. I then called to speak to the store manager and he brushed me off as well. I could have went to Walmart if I canted to treated disrespectfully.
