“I've always had nothing but excellent customer service from the people behind the counter. They work very hard and there is always a line of people. I can't imagine how hard it is to do this job. For those that had "bad" service, maybe you should look in the mirror if you want to know why you thought it was less than satisfactory. A kind word or two and some empathy for their situation goes a long way. Remember, you don't attract bees with vinegar.”
“This is by far the best USPS in the area. Much better experience going here than in surrounding neighborhoods. Modern looking and plenty of parking.
We had to drop off wedding invites. There was a decent line after work hours, but the lady at the counter was so nice and efficient. She explained to us what we needed stamp wise. We had no issues dropping our mail off and will continue to stop by here in the future.”

Contrary to the low ratings found online, my wait was fairly quick, the customer service representative who helped me was extremely friendly, and I left very satisfied with the experience.
