Do not go to this location if you have your social security disability check deposited into a direct express card, the ATM inside barely works half the time and the tellers inside are rude and inconsiderate and most of the times I've gone in I see them playing on their phones

This is the worst location!! I went into take money out of my account. And the employee asked me where I get this kind of money from that was the first red flag then when I got home my whole account was on fraud hole I contacted the fraud department and they told me the branch put a whole on my account not us I don’t understand why cause I told the employee this is a settlement check that was already verified now my attorney office is asking me while they have to verify twice with the branch if we already did their giving you a hard time. Won’t go to this location again they racial profile you.

Horrible immediately placed me on holdWhen I went in the lady acted like I was inconveniencing her because I needed help I had my car towed and had gotten off from a night shift at 4 AM caught the bus to Atlanta and Walked Finally got my car and my card was blocked and I couldn’t get gas It seems every time I’m in an emergency situation there is a problem with my account I had to coast to get there an thankfully I did the customer service like had me talk with and reclaim the situation 7 times when I went in the branch and was not helped never updated the address got off at 4AM and couldn’t even get a burger and was hung on by the fraud department I can’t wait to speak with corporate west coast PNc was awesome the south is unprofessional and lacks empathy and this is why ppl don’t trust banks

Excellent Customer Service!PNC takes care of all my banking needs. Whether I stop in or go to the drive-through window, every time I am helped by LaTasha Ferguson, she is fast, efficient and professional but just as important if not more to me, she always seems happy, is extremely pleasant, and greets me with a big smile! You are lucky to have someone like her with outstanding customer service skills working for you!

Most of the people there do not have good customer service skills. I had monies fraudulently deducted from one of my checking accounts and I reported to the PNC Fraud, at first they refunded the money that was fraudulently deducted from my checking account, two weeks later, they denied my claim of fraud and is taking back the money that was refunded to my account. I have lost ALL confidence in this bank after being with them for years.

I have a business account at PNC Bank.This branch in Snellville ran by general manager Sheryl Gowens is very inconsistent!I was denied my business debit card using the same form of ID used to get a replacement months ago which was approved.Unfortunately I lost my wallet and all of my ID and needed to replace my card immediately.Not all but most of the staff seems to have an attitude problem and are not eager to help their clients.Out of curiosity I looked up the rating and it all made sense.If PNC cares anything about their name they will take action and either get Sheryl more training.. or just get rid of her all together! Every time I visit that branch there's a problem with her
