I’ve been coming here for a while and there are a few improvements needed. Too many machines broken due to various reasons. The turnaround to fix the machines entirely too long. Too many high schoolers in groups not working out on their phones on machines others want to use. If you use the siren three times at same group or individual, then it’s time to advise them move to another station. Stop allowing individuals in when they just exited Cheech and Chong’s van !!!

After TOO MANY years, I finally decided to get back to the gym. This place has it all. The 30-minute workout area is perfect for beginners or those of us getting back into it. The hydrobeds and massage chairs are a perfect cooldown after exercising. Staff is very helpful, showing you how to use equipment. It's definitely worth the price.

Planet Fitness is simply outstanding! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and motivated to achieve my fitness goals. The staff members are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to offer assistance whenever needed.One of the aspects I love most about Planet Fitness is Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, there's a sense of inclusivity and support that makes every workout enjoyable. The 24/7 access allows me to fit exercise into my busy schedule effortlessly.Furthermore, the affordability of Planet Fitness membership packages is unbeatable, offering exceptional value for the services provided. The Black Card membership, in particular, offers fantastic perks like access to massage chairs, tanning beds, and hydro massage loungers, making each visit a true treat.In summary, I cannot recommend Planet Fitness highly enough. It's more than just a gym—it's a community dedicated to helping individuals lead healthier, happier lives. Five stars all the way!

I love this gym. It is ALWAYS clean. The workers are friendly and professional. The people who exercise there are courteous and encouraging. It is a very safe and empowering environment. I recommend joining this gym without hesitation.

This is my second membership here and this is where I'll get healthier. The entire staff are genuinely amazing, kind and willing to help as much as they possibly can. Its a wonderful, clean non judgemental atmosphere. I'll never go anywhere else.

They recently upgraded the tanning beds and just this service alone is worth the money for a monthly black card membership. All the staff members are super friendly. The place is always clean and sanitized. This is my home gym for a reason.

Considerate staff and well maintained equipment. Patrons are usually considerate and polite. It's easy to get in and get your workout done!! No muss, no fuss.

I hate that I have to write this but beware of this planet fitness in snellville!!! I have been going to this gym over a year and never have no problem at all. the members mostly here are here to workout & get better at whatever they are doing here. I already have trust issues and I am always aware of my surroundings. but this time at this planet fitness on august 14th around 2:00pm to 4:00pm when I was busy getting in a workout right after I got off my job. I came back to use the restroom and get ready to head out of the gym. I realized the rest of my belongings was gone except the only thing left in the locker was my air-bud case right in the middle. over this year and over the months I never have problems with anybody moving or stealing anybody stuff that wasn’t there when I usually my leave my stuff. before joining planet fitness I heard all the stereotypes & negative thing about it. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but I decided to cancel and moved to any different gyms like crunch,la fitness, etc . it is my fault for not putting a lock for my locker, or carrying my belongings everywhere I worked out , or leaving it in my car. other than that the workers here were apologetic & the manager Ervin try to help me look for again in the locker room to see if they moved it but too no avail. I appreciate him & the workers but I completely lost my trusts with the other members here and I am on high alert to make sure this will never happen to me or anybody else. you can’t trust people nowadays…
