Had my Flat-coated retriever Phantom scheduled for a wash and possible cut with Kayli at the Petsmart Snellville location. Phantom is NOT fond of the hairdryer, or pretty much any loud noises, and can be a challenge to control during a grooming. Tatiana, an amazing groomer, had been taking care of him in the past, but transferred to another store so she educated Kayli on what she did to work with Phantom. Kayli did a GREAT job and got much more done than I expected. I will assume that all the groomers at the Snellville Petsmart are good but if you have the opportunity to schedule Kayli I HIGHLY recommend that you do. Truly a pleasure to know I have somewhere and someone to keep my big boy looking good. THANK YOU KAYLI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my Littles walked around looking at least 1 hr, not 1 time did someone greet us, ask if we need help with anything etc. I saw 2 employees and they seem to be busy on the cell phones and sweeping. I had to loudly ask for help. That took some time as they were busy. Lol. We were the ONLY customers there.

No no no pets mart is horeble place to shop and for pet grooming. Never recommend them.

This store has gone DOWNHILL. I walked in on Friday to purchase cat food and to purchase an angel fish. The dog trainer was on the 2nd register about to sign off. To get his dog's attention who was laying down by his side, he kicked the dog! I was immediately concerned and very sad for the dog. I gestured as to say, poor baby, and the very angry man, yelled at me! He said, you cannot come near this dog! Can't you read?! I was very taken aback to say the least. I expressed how unacceptable and nasty his attitude was towards a customer and his dog. Not only did I witness him being abusive to his very calm, mild mannered dog but he was very rude to me. Imagine how the dog is treated in private if he was that bold in public. I reported the incident to the store manager. However I don't have much faith that it was taken seriously. Also, their fish tanks are a disaster. Dead and dying fish throughout due to lack of regard and quality care. It's very sad.

I take my dogs for their cuts with Valeria. She is the only one I trust with them, she treats them as if they were her own. I completely recommend it.

I take all 3 of my dogs to get groomed by Valeria. She handles my dogs so well even though 2 of them are very anxious. Always so kind and does an excellent job! My Pups and I love her so much!!

Valeria cuts my dogs hair and does an amazing job every time. She has been the only groomer my dogs have been comfortable with. Amazing staff!

I visited this location 3x times in 3 years. The most recent visit was December 12, I had to return an unopened can of wet cat food and wanted to buy another can. I asked the cashier when I walked to asked if I could exchange the product. The can was in a petco bag and the snooty employee said to me “you do realize that’s a petco bag”, “ I said it know I have it in this bag because it’s the only bag I had, my receipt is a Petsmart receipt”. This white young female employee was nasty and rude. I immediately found the wet kitten food I wanted. I proceeded to go to the checkout line where she was working and I told why I was exchanging/returning it. She looked at the receipt and said she couldn’t return because it was not on the receipt. The location i bought it from scanned one can of food twice instead of separately. So this rude employee had an attitude talking about she might to get a manager key for the exchange. I told her okay I’ll wait, then she proceeded to scan the returned can and scanned the can I wanted to purchase. These employees always have a bad attitude. I will never return to this location again.
