Friendly staff, just make sure they mention all what's covered and not covered in your auto policy. I have full coverage and was told after the fact, car rental not included. I recently switch insurance companies, honestly thought everything was included automatically in a full coverage policy.Nobody offered car rental to me at Peachstate. I believe these things should be mentioned or offered, when customers are signing up for a new auto policy.I was also recently informed after the fact, I have to pay out of pocket for towing. I wasn't aware towing will be reimbursed, something they should mention to every customer during the policy agreement.Please make sure you ask questions and get it in writing.

My name is Mr Harlan and I have been going to this location in snellville for the past couple years, and the customer service has always been awesome. Mary is the one I go to for all my insurance needs. She has helped me save money by finding me the best policies for my budget. One phone call to this location and everything is taken care of. I think I will be a lifetime customer. That's only if Mary is there....lol.

Worst insurance agency! I was paying a buttload of money for insurance and now im paying half with allstate! not only that, they never get back to you on important matters, like when i tried to go and pay for the month i couldnt pay and the status of my policy was cancelled even though i had JUST renewed my insurance, and on top of that to reinstate it was $300 more after i had already reinstated the month before. I called, i emailed and nobody ever got back to me so i switched to allstate. Ive had several issues getting in contact with anyone for the last 9 months. after i noticed the cancelled policy part online, i got a letter in the mail saying my policy had lapsed which makes no sense considering i paid when the 6 months was over. this place just SUCKS for the amount of money i was paying, as a 26 year old female with nothing on her driving record, 285/mo was way too much to be paying and im glad i left and went with allstate to pay only half of what i was paying! rant over.

This by far the best agency ive been apart of. My personal Agent Lilly was more than an agent she made me feel like we were friends and i love her personality. She is the best... YOU GUYS ROCK PEACHSTATE!!!!
