When you just don't feel comfortable under those harbor freight jack stand. You go to Northern for the slightly better China jackstands.

I went in to have my chainsaw repaired. The guys were so nice. My chainsaw wouldnt crank so they helped me pick out a new one to suit my needs. They showed me how to use my new chainsaw and helped me pick out some other items I needed. The guys were awesome.
