I recently made a stop at this location for an issue I was having with my phone. Mr. Jeremy went above and beyond with helping me, exercising every option he could. Although the problem couldn't be fixed (at no fault of his own) and I needed to buy a new phone, he helped me choose a phone that was in stock and on sale. He answered all of my questions with patience and kindness, making the phone transfer a smooth and painless process. Mr. Jeremy is a true gem and definitely an asset to the company!
