Alexandra couldn't have been more helpful and professional. We were looking to replace my 93-yr-old mother's mattress and she was extremely patient and kind while helping us to find the best option. She gave us very thorough information and tried to find us the best price and delivery time, as we needed it asap. Alexandria, is an awesome representative of Mattress Firm. She is detailed and professional at its highest level. She communicates very well and always gave me sound advice and not looking to pushing any deal but rather the right deal that fits her customers budget and objective. She is very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in inventory which gives the customer comfort in taking her advice.
