I recently went to try on apparel, and the staff member in the dressing room was very helpful. I always have a great experience when I visit this location. And the staff members are professional and willing to help if needed.

Sharing my weirdest/wildest experience. Went to return a few things & they refused initially. The cashier called the manager as she couldn't return the items. Mind you they were not Runway items or anything too expensive that they'd have issues or require extra security measures. Attached the receipt for reference purposes. As you can see they were originally bought at Atlanta location but returned at Snellville store.
For 1 of the items which was a Sleepwear T-Shirt of $7.99, they said it wasn't even Marshalls item but Kohl's.? They matched the codes from the top which had original Marshallstag with the receipt & it matched but still they were hesitantto return it. For yet another item which was a dress of $49.99, they said they don't carry that particular brand at Snellville location due to which they can't return it.?
I had never heard such a ludicrous reason. I was dumbfounded. I didn't even know what to say. As a customer how am I suppose to know their codes & what they mean? I asked them to call the store at which the items were purchased & inquire about them. After standing for over 20-25mins, they begrudgingly refunded the it's but not before telling me that this is the only time they're doing it. Next time I should take the items back to the exact location where I bought them from originally!
Can't help but wonder why Marshalls has the policy of returning items at any location regardless of where they were originally purchased at if they can't honor it?! Sharing so others can be aware of it.

the most useless and slow staff ever, literally no workers available, managers don’t do anything, and so messy. and don’t even try returning anything, they are so unhelpful and literally just offered credit. like see if i come again, absolutely terrible. and yesss i’ll keep “borrowing” just to make things right ??

These new working Spanish worker lady is the worst. 0 English, Made me wait to “verify” items that had tags on, were new and were presented with receipt for a return. She did her best to have rejected the return . You got hell of a line , you store is dirty, stop trying to show off to your manager please! Worst customer service . Marshall’s stop hiring people like this .

was judge when i tried to return a few items. Really bad customer service!!! They accused me of fabricating a tag that i told them i took out. I received zero respect and none of the employees were respectful of each other and really unprofessional

I came in to return a few items and the moment I got up to the cashier, she looked at me a certain way, and I know it’s because of the way I was dressed as I just came out of the gym with sweat. I didn’t dress The nest as a girl and the moment they started scanning the first item she told me that that was the wrong item with the wrong tag, and that I am doing this on purpose. I told him that I didn’t remove any tax, and that I would am returning it the way it is, and even the manager refused to believe me and told me that he can’t take the item even with the receipt. I was only able to return it because I took pictures of the stuff I bought before I bought it in the store with the tag shown on it I know that they judge me before I even walked up there because of the way I dress and look, and the fact that I told him that the mistake could’ve been theirs and them denying it so strongly and accusing me of a crime that I never did I told him that they could look at the cameras, but they refused. I work in customer service, so I know how it works and how it can be hard, but this is just a disgrace and I hope that nobody has experience this again

While shopping here is ok, the bathrooms are ALWAYS FILTHY! Surely the manager is aware of this because this is probably the same bathroom that they use. This makes no sense. No one wants to use a nasty bathroom. Therefore I would rather shop some place that cares about their customers.

Absolutely Disgusting the cleanliness of this store is horrible and unsanitary all the management and coordinators is up on the registers who is ensuring the store is clean safe and satisfactory for the customers ? This is so bad and unprofessional I literally had to hold my breathe it smelled so bad when walking past the bathrooms. Cooperate needs to step in about this immediately with COVID and all these variants going around at an all time high keeping the stores sanitary should be a core value and high priority for the managers and employees!!!!!

I was in shopping on 12-27-23. I was shopping in the Christmas clearance section and I saw some very cute dog toys that were 50% off. As I walk around the store I passed the dog section where an associate pointed out to me that all the dog Christmas beds were also 50%off. They also had a huge selection to choose from. She and I started talking and exchanging dog stories, because she too also had dogs. Before you know it, I had been in the dog section for over two hours. The associate even said to me, that she was happy I was purchasing so many of the dog items because the store was having inventory next week, and that meant that she would have less to count. After waiting another 20 minutes in line, I was terribly disappointed when I was told at the register that the dog beds were not 50% off, like the associate stated to me on the floor. I would not have wasted over two hours of my time if the Christmas Dog items were not 50% off like I was informed they were. I worked in Retail for over 30 years, and if one of my associates had misinformed a customer of a price, I would clearly side with the customer. It's only right. I will never shop at this particular Marshalls in Stockbridge ever again.
