I am totally satisfied with the service Mike provided on my car! He installed an alternator on my Taurus. He made sure was punctual, knowledgeable, even when I purchased the incorrect part (I’ll let the pros take care of this next time) he patiently waited while I retrieved the new part. And he took no time at all repairing my car. He also followed up to make sure all was well with my car. 5 stars Highly recommend

I was highly recommended. I'm very picky when it comes to my vehicle. BUT, I let my guard down slightly and was definitely impressed! Mike was very informative and up front. He resolved my problem. Let's say I passed my EMISSIONS test and received my new tag. Cannot forget about fair pricing! He understands and listens to customers. And great customer service is hard to come by these days. I'm thankful and will use this company again.

My 04 Yukon Denali cut off on me will I was driving, I got it towed to the dealership for a diagnostic, and they told me it was my fuel pump and the repair would cost me over $1700.00 parts and labor! I searched for black owned mechanics in my area and found Mike. I told him what the dealership said and asked how much he would charge for the repair. He quoted me 200.00 for the labor, and I would get the part, so I towed my truck to him. After he got my truck, he decided to diagnose it himself and discovered that the fuel pump was NOT the issue! My car had run hot, and that's why it shut off. The dealership almost robbed me for $1700.00 for a repair that I DID NOT NEED!! Mike actually put in work to figure out what the problem was and gave me an honest diag, in short, go to Mike if you're looking for quality, affordability and honesty.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
