My fiancé and I needed purchased a washer and dryer set. My fiancé and the guy who sold it to us came to an agreement that if it could be delivered Saturday (which is today) that the price for delivery will be 725.04. Today no one has called to let us know anything. So, I called around 12 something spoke with a young lady she was very sweet! She said that she would speak with the movers and give a call back. 3hrs went by my fiancé spoke called again and the guys said that he would give him a call back in 5 minutes. No call. So I called one more time and the guy was rude saying that something is wrong with the truck. Whaaaaattt?!? I said to him don’t you think that it would be common courtesy to give us a call to let us know? You like our money and we like good business. He said that he would give me a call back with in 30 minutes. Bad business.

José Agustin Vargas Jorge provided outstanding service. My husband and I went to several places today looking for a used dryer. Jose was patient, very helpful, and delivered the dryer on his way home. OUTSTANDING! We will be back real soon for a refrigerator, mattress and deep freezer.

They post a bunch of fake adds on Facebook with fake pricing. go to the shop and the machines are not there and the prices are much higher.

Jose was on top of communication through Facebook messenger. Product and price were exactly as quoted. Jose and another man assisted with loading my product and both Jose and the other gentleman were so sweet, polite and professional.

I bought a used stove yesterday and on the way home it tipped over on the highway and the handle and glass on the door shattered. I brought it back to the store honestly to see if they wanted it for spare parts assuming it wouldn’t be fixed. The worker (can’t remember his name sadly) was able to find a door that fit it and fixed it for me for free. I am SO appreciative of the customer service that was provided to me! Highly recommend this store for your needs!
