Purchased an item online before Halloween and tried to return it still in the original packaging after I spoke to their online customer support team and they sent me a code to return it in store. When returning it to the store they refused to allow me to return it and told me it's no returns after Halloween. The ghetto manager came up and said "nope it says on the sign that there's no returns" despite me buying it online so I wouldn't even see the sign. Horrible experience and won't be buying from them again!!! If u buy from there anything holiday related, lub3 up cuz ur gonna get fu€ked!

Really bad customer service the manager so so rude .... how can people like that can work in lowes .and the lesbian woman she's so mean too . for sure I will never back and I never recommend . so bad I prefer HOME DEPOT ALL THE WAY .

Short review: if this location is filling your online truck order, expect them to deliver only disappointment. Lowes, and the staff here, has worked very hard to communicate to me that my money is not wanted and my order is not going to be delivered.I have been trying to get a large load of landscaping material delivered from this location for over a month. The 'team' at this location has postponed my order and twice now simply failed to get it loaded on their subcontracted delivery truck. When I call I am 1) connected to Receiving where the phone rings a hundred times, someone may or may not pick up. That someone has invariably checked my order that is overdue and is mystified that their vendor hasn't pocked it up. Sometimes I am 2) connected to Customer Service. There I am either on hold for half an hour before the call disconnects, or someone picks up and listens to me, then tells me to hold while they check on my problem and then leaves my on hold for thirty minutes before the call disconnects.Lowes Corporate customer service has been similarly ineffective at resolving this.So now I just hope I can cancel my online order.

ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE! Snellville GA locationPlaced an order online for a washing machine since it showed they had it in stock. Everyone else that sold it didn't have it available until that weekend, which is why I placed the order with Lowe's. I clicked Pick Up in Store and waited for my pick up email. Two hours later, still no email. Called the store and after going through the recorded messages FINALLY got an associate on the line. She was no help and said I would need to come into the store, or wait on the email. My husband went to the store and nobody could confirm he had even purchased anything until he showed them the email order confirmation. Now they started trying to find what they sold me. No luck. Told him a manager would come out to talk to him. Waited WAY to long, had to keep asking where the manager was....and finally she came out. Said it was out of stock. Wouldn't even attempt to make him happy - no replacement offered. He found a different one in the box on the floor and said he'd take that one - she said it wasn't available. He even kicked the box and felt that there was one inside of it. She said she didn't have ANYTHING available. She said that the only thing she could do would be to credit the card used and that would take up to 7 days. So now - no washing machine, my card is locked, and I can't buy one from someone else because the money won't go back on the card for 7 days! Sounds like a pretty good scam to me - buy from us so we can freeze your money so you can't live your life and be happy. Sounds like their motto should be "We won't make you happy, and we'll make sure you stay that way for 7 days!"

It met my expectations. The store was neat and clean.. The staff that I interacted with were polite is imperfectional. Overall it was a nice experience experience.

I placed an order online. Shortly afterwards, I received an email detailing the two-step process to pickup my order. Upon arriving, it took all of 2 minutes to retrieve my items from the lockers located at the front entrance. This was a super convenient process. WTG LOWE'S! I appreciate this service ;-)) Thank you!

Definitely not happy with this store I bought a $3,900 refrigerator less then a month ago and isn't working since day one I been calling the manufacturer for 2 weeks and couldn't contact I came to this store in Snellville and talked to the manager named Kendra and she was very rude with me and tell me I only have 2 DAYS to return the appliance and she said is nothing she can do BEWARE before you buy an appliance in this location doesn't look like I'm getting my refrigerator fix soon!!!!!

Picked up an Ego cordless lawn mower ($500) this morning. I bought a model with batteries and charger. When the box was brought out to my car it was partially open, and I asked the man, why? I was suspicious. He assured me it had come open while it was being handled to bring to the car. There was no battery in the box. I have been on hold at this point 18 minutes, being told by a rude woman to wait, twice. I guess I will end up driving over there again. I will put everything back in the car, just in case they don't come up with a battery, or have to 'order' one. I finally talked to the lady -- she was nice enough, but I have to take the whole thing back and get a replacement.

My visit to this Lowe's was a very unpleasant experience. I went to this store to pick up an online order of compost. When I arrived at 2 pm, the gates to the garden center were closed. So I had to walk around to the front. Once inside the garden center there were no checkouts open and the one associate I asked told me to ask someone inside. So I asked an associate at the register and she told me to go next door. When I got there, the doors were locked and a sign on the door stating they stepped away and call this number. I left and I don't intend to ever visit this Lowe's again. Talk about terrible customer service- this store takes the cake!

They can sell straw and ring it up but I waited over 30 minutes and had to go back in 3 times before anyone came out. Very frustrating!

Jay Matthews is the store manager. He wears the title and that is where it ends. He lacks managerial experience as well as interpersonal skills. He is all that is wrong with big companies today. He is the example of what happens when "hire our neighbor or friend" goes completely wrong!This individual told his subordinates that he was at lunch and refused to assist with a managerial problem when no other managers were either at the store nor available. I waited almost an hour while he hid in his office and took his time to eat his lunch. Needless to say, my issue was left unresolved. Meanwhile, I waited 45 minutes for the callback from corporate, filed a complaint and was able to get my refund all while waiting for Jay to appear from his office, he never did.... Way to lead Jay! I have gladly reported your behavior to corporate headquarters and sincerely hope you are given much needed managerial training in the immediate future.

First time at this location as a five star shopping experience with Matt and Lesma. They went out of their way to make sure we found what we needed and even prolong going on their breaks to make sure my daughter and I found exactly what we needed.Matt helped us picked out the perfect fans and Ms. Lesma even offered to cook dumplin which I'm waiting for...LOLGreat people at this location and I hope to see them when we come back. Lowe's team has a winner with these two. !!!

This place is awesome. I prefer lowes over hd for now and think their selection is excellent and prices are great. What sets these guys apart is their customer service. There is a team member named Gloria and she is absolutely amazing. I smile everytime I see her and am so blessed by her positive spirit.I hope lowes continues to be in the black during covid and recommend them highly as they are following all covid 19 protocols .Shop here if you are looking to improve your handyman skills.4.9byelp stars rounded down and thank you.
