My Husband has been dealing with Mr.Long for years and he hasn't had any problems with him he always fixes my husbands car he always let's us know if it is worth repairing or not, he's a good guy and a Family friend ❤️

Never do business with this man ! .. I’ve had major work done buy this guy (Long) and had nothing but problems after the work was completed. He has no problem lying and becoming belligerent . So may issues with this guy I’d advise that if your black to not deal with this guy - he is a racist and a cheat to say the least.

Great service... competitive pricing ... especially for a fully synthetic oli change.
My favorite mechanic / auto service guy. Honest & ethical... doesnt suggest repairs that are not needed. I know cars... and he's never tried to do any add on stuff to boost his final price-tag. Always whats needed - never more. I trust him fully.

On January 3, 2024, I took my car in because it wouldn't start right away. There were two other cars ahead of me, so I went to Chick-Fil-A for breakfast. I got back and he said I needed a battery, he didn't have the kind I needed so I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to get one. While there, my headlight warning light came on indicating a burned out bulb. I went back in O'Reilly and bought a light bulb and I always put them in myself. Drove back to his shop and they put in the battery for $80. When I got home, I tried to changed my light bulb and discovered the light bulb was okay but the casing had been broken. Jetta headlamps are easy to change if you know what you are doing. Why someone was playing with my lights, I don't know. I had to use tape to hold it in place (picture). But Mr. Long would not be held accountable and became belligerent. I definitely will not be going back.

This place is incredible. My car has a serious problem that requires the subframe to be replaced. All mechanics in East Cobb simply told me that I should just sell my car to and no one is willing to fix it. One of them told me that even if he wants to fix it, he can not do it because he could not find the part needed. But when I brought my car to Mr. Long, not only did he fix it, but he charged me less than half the amount the people at East Cobb would charge me. From now on, if anything in my car needs to be fixed, I will only bring it to Mr. Long.

LITERALLY told my husband (who is black) I don’t want to deal with your kind!! My husband was referred to this place and got disappointed. He told my husband “to go next door to those Jamaicans and let them fix your vehicle I don’t want dealing with you, your kind nor your vehicle”. I will be calling the BBB TODAY!!!
