I would love to work in this place. I am a professional in preschool education in my country. But it's a shame that I don't have a consolidated English language.

I’ve had my eyes on this school for a while now. Any questions I’ve had in regards to enrollment, school systems and communication have been handled with the upmost care & concern from the management team. I trulyyyy love this location!

Working here was one of the worst experiences i have ever had working in a daycare. I LOVED my class and everyone that worked on my team. In the beginning it was good but in the end i started to realize how toxic and mentally draining this job was. There was no REAL support from management except from the executive director and the assistant director. There was always an excuse for something and never a real explanation. I was hired to work a specific schedule and once i expressed how uncomfortable i was and how it was affecting my everyday life , they “took me off the schedule” CARELESSLY. This job was so mentally draining that i never want to work in daycare again. Worst experience ever. I have reported it to the Legacy Academy corporate office and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE! there are people there that i saw physically hurt my child and nothing was done about it just excuses i have never received an incident report the whole time of me working there for my child and she had multiple scratches coming home. I WOULD NOT recommend working here or enrolling your children. I will never trust my child coming here ever again. Still to this day no one has contacted me or follow up with me and thats why im writing this review. I hope that things can change because there are GREAT people that work there.

I am a first time mom and this is the first daycare I enrolled my son into. Unfortunately I had to un-enroll him due to me moving and having a financial hardship. I cry as type this because this daycare has treated my son as if he was their on child. I’m going to miss seeing Rita and Miranda at the front desk every morning. To be honest I’m not sure any daycare can top this one. Savanna has had Kairo in her care since November of 23 when he was only 6 weeks old… I hope to be able to come back someday because this was a daycare I truly wanted my son to grow up in and be around people since day one… I apologize if any teacher or staff was not named and it is only that way because I may have forgotten but I have not forgotten the care of my child. Thank you to all staff members of legacy ??

My daughter has been attending Legacy for two years, and it's been a positive experience. Whenever any issues arose, I could easily communicate with the management and teachers (Rita, Maranda, Chasidy and Angela), who promptly resolved them. I've noticed significant development in my daughter during her time at the daycare. I also appreciate the open communication with the teachers and staff, who genuinely care about her well-being and development, which is extremely important to me.

Legacy has some of the best staff and support. They are very loving, transparent and patient. I am especially grateful for Rita because she has been the most attentive and compassionate director i’ve come into contact with. It makes me feel secure and comfortable to know the children are under her care. Thank you guys so much for being who you are!

I have worked at Legacy Academy for almost 5 years and have had the best experience. The owners are very hands on which is awesome. The management team Rita our Director and Maranda our AD are amazing as well and go the extra mile to make sure we are all successful and help in any way possible. I love the people there and the curriculum based atmosphere that is why as a family we chose for our granddaughter to attend Legacy Academy Snellville.

Just speechless! Tee Tee Rita is by far one of the most attentive and sweet Directors I have ever met! She not only makes the experience smooth, but she always keeps us laughing! Thank you for doing an amazing job every day

I’ve been hearing nothing but great things about Legacy Academy. The management team is exceptionally friendly and approachable, especially Ms. Rita! She takes the time to answer your questions and understand your needs when enrolling your kids, ensuring a personalized experience. I'm impressed by their dedication to providing a nurturing environment. Looking forward to seeing my little ones thrive here!

This review is solely based on our experience with Legacy Academy Snellville location. I recommend any parent who brings their child to this location to think twice maybe three times before sending your child to this facility. Our time at legacy was rough from the beginning. I definitely would NOT recommend. I would deem this an unsafe environment for children and a headache for parents. After looking back my children did not develop any during their time here.
Background: Our first day there my child who is 2 apparently was able to push the doors open to the classroom and run outside to the playground and we were told it was policy they are unable to lock the doors or keep the children from opening the door. We got calls to pick him up and they stated it was for his safety. If you ask me the policy makes it very unsafe. Especially if my 2 year old is able to open the doors. Very unsafe for children.
The cameras were not working properly in the majority of the classrooms and all areas were not visible. We had events to occur with a failure to report the incident and since the cameras were not working the incidents could not be reviewed. We were told staff had no way of finding out what happened because the person there at the time left. Very convenient.
They made up rules as they went. They refused to allow my child into school due to a late drop off time policy that was not in the handbook or stated to us at time of registration. Read the handbook.
Ratio issues!! This facility has very high teacher turn over. If they deem they might be out of ratio they will more than likely call to pick up your child due to a fever…. Beware. Take a thermometer to the school or have them check it in front of you.
Not enough teachers to help in a classroom. We received calls about 2x a week to come get our children from school for something or to come and sooth them due to crying. Is that not what we are paying for? I was told my son was crying from 7:40am-11am and the teacher could not tend to him because she had other students. Where is the help for the teachers? My kids stayed at home more times than we took them to school. The GM is hardly ever available of accessible. The front desk workers maintain frustration during situations or maybe just stressed?
There were no skills/learning my children developed at their time at legacy. No potty training, no washing hands, no learning letters, or colors. Overall the headache was not worth our money. We ended up having to remove our children from the facility after approximately 6 months.

This facility was a problem from day one. The general manager is never available to speak outside of scheduled meeting times to address the numerous issues we had been having. Most of our communication was through the Assistant Director and another staff member at the front desk. The AD quickly grew frustrated with my family after meeting with them a couple of times resulting in a phone call in which she questioned my concern for my youngest child at the facility. She informed me that he had been crying nonstop for hours, but she had just arrived at the facility and said "We need you to come get him to calm down". She continued to explain that we were not being asked to pick my son up for the day, but that we needed to go to the facility to get him under control. At this time my son was 13 months. The conversation concluded with the AD asking "So you are just going to let him cry all day? That is not good for his health." I said if they need us to come pick him up we will, but I cannot leave work (I work an hour and a half away) on a whim. That is what I pay the astronomical tuition prices for. From this point forward the AD passed on communication to another staff member that regularly called us at the end of the day with claims that my kids had fevers and could not return for 24 hours. This was understandable until it got to the point where we would get a call once a week with specific instructions to keep them home the following day. While getting them home my wife and I would check their temperature and there was no sign of a fever. The most egregious act was them calling before new year stating that regardless of the fact that we are still paying tuition if my son does not return he will forfeit his position in his classroom. At some point we were essentially barred from speaking with the owner and the General Manager for any issues with the facility. This is when the attitude in the phone calls and conversations escalated. It got to the point where they were denying doctors notes for my kids stating that they were not valid due to electronic signature, belittling our understanding of the handbook and their 'unwritten' rules, and even a threat to call the police if I showed up with expectations of signing my child in for a day in that they said he cannot attend. One phone call resulted in Ms. R at the front desk shouting over the phone and hanging up on a three way call with me and my wife twice. Ultimately we decided to keep them home out of concerns for our children's safety. Please beware of this behavior before enrolling your child at this facility. We have filed appropriate documentation with the state and I would hate for you to feel as helpless as I do in regard to all the money paid and service not provided.
