The manager Tamron checked me out and was super nice. Linda was my sales associate and was hands on with helping me pick out underwear. There are several different styles and they had a sale on 10 pair for $39 I bought 30 pair. Great selection and style.

Lane Bryant well It is my go to place for Bras. Why? because no one else has quite the "grown up" selection, style and positivity, that they have. This is so important because this type of shopping for me is usually nerve deadening and depressing. Yet, I want to say thanks for helping in so many ways and being willing to help and in a genuine way. Still a bit pricy though but the make up for that with lane cash and points you can earn. It is like getting paid to shop. Go Lane!

When I ordered my bras in the store Linda was amazing I spent over $500 when I came to pick up my order the manager mona on duty was unconcern to give half customer service I needed an opinion if the bra was fitting right on the sides I lost some weight the manager sent the floor associate which didn’t have much experience in fitting I ask did it look to big than she ask me do it look to big to you I said yes so I asked manager if the mail of GA hours the same as there’s on Sunday’s she said not sure while she never stop folding pants or gave eye contact waste of a employee for management lane Bryant need to do better on hiring the right fit

This is my first time going to Lane Bryant. I walked in, the two women at the front looked at me and said nothing. So I walked around tell I got to the bra section, sole they where having a sale. Cool, thought let me see if I could get some help with buying some items, tired getting their attention they ignored me. Went to the front and they asked in a rude tone if I needed anything else. I said I wanted to make if the bra was the right size, refused to measure me. So I go try it own. One of them comes to the dressing room near me and asked the other woman if she need help. But did not ask me, then I decided I would not buy anything, so I got to hand one of the women the items back . She tells me to put it over their in a rude tone. Called the company right after that.

Zero stars if possible. Stressful shopping experience to say the least. Having shopped at LB nearly two decades without ANY issue. My most recent visit however, made me rethink my patronage with the snellville location specifically. When I come into LB the retail section is enough. All the EXTRA attitude from staff is really not necessary. The inconsistencies in behavior are more overwhelming than shopping the racks. Making the environment too negative to believe spending money there is a good idea. Either retrain or replace because this staff will help decrease business. I will not pay to be treated poorly.

Poor customer service. Went in to pick up an item shipped to the store and the warehouse shipped the wrong slacks. Wanted to buy a tiger pair and asked the manager if she could give me back the coupon that I had used on the Lamar's that were incorrectly shipped. She was adamant about not giving me the $10 off, which was a fought of the company not me. I've been going to this store for years and Cleveland would have never let me walk out of there unsatisfied. I will be contacting the corporate office because this isn't good customer service as the manager, tall lady didn't care. I can take my business to the mall of ga location.
