Yesterday on Juneteenth,June 19th 2024 I went in LabCorp on treelane Pkwy, and Got my labs by Nebraska the phlebotomist she was excellent, sweet kinda and most of all the needle Did not hurt me at all ?????

Horrible service. Says they are open till 5 but that is a lie. They stop seeing patients at 4. I arrived at 4:45 and was refused services. The lady did not even allow me inside the office and stood by the door half open. Very rude and disrespectful. She said you must come between 8-4. Nasty attitude. My question to you is, then why is your time listed till 5? I understand that you want to clock out at 5 but you must still treat patients. Regardless she could have turned me away but there was no reason to be rude, talk to me in a very demeanor way, and show so much attitude. I will for sure be taking my services elsewhere. Very upsetting to see this.

Everyone was so nice and the service was quick! Be advised that you may have to order your tests in advance through Request A Test, I did not know this and had to come back a different day.

The phlebotomist jabbed around in my right arm then went to the left one next.The worst part was that I noticed on the second try she had ripped the finger off on her glove and said she did it all the time to feel the vein?? I ask her to put on a new glove!! I left feeling very uncomfortable about the whole situation.

I came to this location specifically even though it was not close because of the better reviews, and I was not disappointed.I came at the earliest appointment I could book so the chance for delays would be less and I was in almost instantly.The staff was very sweet and understanding with my fainting condition which most lab techs aren't usually.I would come back to this location again!

I was cautious about coming here because of the negative reviews. However, I have been to this location 3 tomes over the course of two months and all times I was taken by or earlier than my appointment time, and everyone has always been very pleasant! I think the key is to arrive 15 min early, there is a check in process so you have to go through that before they can take you back. Overall, I will continue to use this location because I think it's great!

Would give zero stars if I could because I have tried to go here 2 different times for labs at 430 and despite the sign and google saying the office closes at 5, they were closed each time. I even knocked on the door after seeing other people leave only to hear someone come and lock the door after I knocked. It's not good business. Change your signs of you aren't going to be open

Use the mobile check-in! So easy! My appointment was at 9:45, I arrived and mobile checked in at 9:15. I was texted one minute later to go in. By 9:25 i was called to the back and completely done with my urine test by 9:35. The staff was very friendly!

I had to come in to get some lab work done and although they were busy they were efficient and kept things moving. The staff member at the desk with locs was kind and was doing her best to accommodate walkins and patients who booked themselves for incorrect days. The staff member from the virgin islands who took my blood was so pleasant and efficient. Thank y'all for making something that gives me high anxiety run as smoothly as possible.
