As a fitness enthusiast and lover, I’m wondering when there is going to be a massive maintenance at this location…too many things are just not right and members money should be invested into this matters more often! Very disappointed

The customer service at the gym is excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. However, the bathrooms are filthy, the pool has sediment at the bottom, and the sauna needs a complete makeover. While the equipment is adequate, I’ve decided to cancel my membership in favor of a cleaner, more updated gym. This isn't ideal since LA has more locations, but I can't continue here.

Although it is a nice gym and the staff is great, especially Mehdin a trainer there. He is quite good enthusiastic personalizes training for everyone as well as informative regarding meals and diet very positive personality
The gym, however, is quite dusty and dirty, and definitely could use some help in the housekeeping department

Routinely attend Zumba class with Pam ,body works and yoga at times. Greatly satisfied with the instructors. Cleanliness has finally improved and broken mirror finally fixed after long time. Went to class today and found out like with many regular attendees along with instructor of the class was cancelled without notification on the app! Apparently from water leak from the ceiling. When someone complained to the manager the only response received was the situation is above her pay grade to handle and this is not the first time such response was given for any situation presented to management! Time and effort is given for members to come attend the classes they want to workout in, management needs to give respect and consideration for their members for incidents such as this!!!

The swimming pool temperature is absolutely to cold for those with arthritis. Take the chill off please.
