I wish one of the employees would STOP smoking at the produce entrance by the shopping carts. Customers shouldn't have to be subjected to cigarette smoke while walking into the store. Same guy is always smoking there.

it was very busy today but i’m glad i was able to receive help to find everything i needed. Even though you guys did not have the chips i was looking for, i’m glad you guys had good alternatives. The isles were very organized & which was great to help me find where everything was. i also loved how the employees were helping myself & other customers due to things being limited on shelves.

For a Thursday at 2:00 pm this store was very busy.
They had one cashier and both self check areas were backed up.
There were other employees doing other jobs but isn't sales more important.
The managers need to step up and help if this is the situation!

Ordered groceries for pick up on Sunday 4/7. App said they were ready, informed them I was on the way for pickup. Got there and a young lady called and said my order was ready, they had everything in the order but it couldn’t be “processed” so they could not bring it to the car. Money has already been “processed “ from my account. I paid a pick up fee but I can’t get what I ordered brought to the car?
I told her it was a reason I ordered and could not come inside and she was no help. I called customer service on the app and explained so I could get a refund and they called the location for over 30 min and never got an answer. It was 8:30pm and they close at 10pm. I left without my order and now I have to wait for my refund. Clearly management is non existent in this store and someone should do something about it. I will go back to Amazon Fresh.
