This is by far the worst and most unprofessional grocery store I have ever visited. They screwed up our kroger pickup. Gave it to someone else and let us wait for an hour and a half before telling us. They had all kinds of excuses. We went in and talked to the manager. He told us to shop and get our groceries manually. We did and they made us pay again. He said we would not get charged "because they won't complete the order" which they did anyways. We then tried to dispute it as we got charged for the groceries we never got, and the ones we had to get ourself. A week goes by and then they call and say the refund was denied. I have been calling for 32 minutes straight with no answer, as I type this review. There is one in grayson. Just go there. 1 star because I can't do 0. AVOID THIS STORE

I stop in this Kroger location often. Staff is usually very friendly and I haven't encountered any bad experiences as of yet. The store is usually clean and organized to a certain degree. I only really buy boxes, frozen, or drinks out of here. Never ate anything out of the deli and prefer not to buy the produce. Overall will continue to shop here

We were here 20 mins ago, and We bought an ice cream 2 for $5. But, my son just wants 1. So, we went to self checkout, and it scanned @$3 each. I asked the dark skin cashier there for help. She said in a rude way scan your Kroger card. I don’t have a Kroger card, I asked her, excuse me, can I enter my phone number? She is like standing 5 feet next to another customer. She was doing something. She didn’t respond back to me at all. A customer she was helping show me how to do it. I thank for that customer more than her. You don’t treat a customer like that lady.

Why is there a pickup fee? Walmart doesn't charge a pickup fee. Your employees are already being paid to do their jobs...right?

In a established covid era, this Kroger thinks it's okay not to sanitize. The counter at customer service was covered on bacteria. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Folks whlear your gloves and mask when shopping here. It might just save your life, as the young lady looked at me dumbfounded when I pointed it out. IT IS A GROCERY STORE PROVIDING NUTRITION, SANITIZE FOR THE COMMUNITY!

I am so disgusted. I purchased a pop tart and I noticed the box was kind of light but didn’t think anything of it. When I opened the box it was stuffed with old bread and cardboard. I assume someone purchased the pop tart and resealed it, then returned it. I thought returned food couldn’t go back on the shelves. If I could remember everything I purchased, I would return it all because who know what I purchased that has been returned.

I enjoy shopping for groceries at this store and it's very convenient since it's only 5 minutes from my house. But tonight was my only inconvenient experience I've had while getting gas. I didn't get the employee's name because I didn't see her name tag. But the first thing that I noticed was her attitude when I came to the register. She's light skinned, brown eyes, kinda heavy and has long braids. I gave her simple directions and she STILL messed up my order. I bought $35 of gas and planned on paying with a $20 bill and I told her to charge the remaining 15 to my debit card. Idk if she wasn't listening or if she was just distracted by stress on the job. But she ended up charging the whole amount to my card and gave me $8 in change back. It's not a big deal but that's not what I asked for and my account was overdrawn as a result. Hopefully she won't be there long....common sense isn't common l guess

I went there via Instacart to find that they are remodeling their meat department, which is fine UNTIL...you're looking for a special bran of chicken...TYSON'S!!!!! I asked an employee where I might find it, and he clearly told me it could be ANYWHERE in the store....REALLY? Meaning you're not gonna take the time to look or better yet ask a manager??? I work for tips, and at this point, I want to at least get an answer yes or no. I was not done there... I requested a manager who was nearing her off time However, she went above and beyond to at CHECK the back. She, Nadja, a sweet soul, came back and advised that they did have Tysons in the back but not what the customer requested. At least she took the time even after her shift....this is the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars. The associate working produce was friendly but not helpful at all.

This place lately always has empty freezer sections for weeks at a time. The deli counter closes at 7pm apparently on a Monday which I'm sure isn't true it's just poor staffing or people closing it early. It's never stocked with basic items. It gets 2 stars because it's not the worst Kroger but close to it.
