The worst Kroger on the planet. Understaffed, under stocked and managed by Big Boy Richard, who acts as if he cares less than zero about the No customer service. I was in the store 11/19/2021, from 7:28 PM to 8:00 PM. Wanted one item from the deli. No one there. Asked several store employees what the deal was in the deli, and no one knew anything. Finally I ask for a manager, and Richard comes waddling in with his enormous girth and tells me, "You know how it is." He called me a liar and said I had not been in the store that long. I suggested he check the security cameras. I was aggravated and Richard the Large told me to get out of the "god damn" store. You know when someone takes the Lord's name in vain, well it makes my blood a bit hot. I concede I did call him a fat slob. He attempted to press his bulk against me in that classic chest bump move. I left as I feared for my life as of Richard sat on me it would crush me! I asked his last name and he said, "None of your business." Perhaps he has no last name! I took my business just up the street to Publix, where I was welcomed, they even accepted the Kroger coupons, and customer service was excellent. Richard told me to never come to his store again. Way ahead of you my friend, no desire to return.

This Kroger is horrible at night time. They close the store early, and are rude to their customers. I hope that Kroger sees they're losing business because of this, and fires the manager that allows this to go on. I've been to this Kroger countless times in the past, which suggests that the individual(s) making this decision are new, and are causing harm to the brand.

One of the best Krogers around. But I still have to ask why would management find it necessary for a sign like this when everyone wants to ensure a clean and COVID safe environment?

kroger centerville/springdale store.while shopping A contractor working on the store aprouch me and told me that I remove a tag from a cart that he was working on and that he need it back. I told him that the cart wasn't tag and since I have items already on the shopping cart i will let him get the cart back once I was finish shopping. He went and get another cart and started looking for me all over the store,. When i noticed it he stop and wait for me at one of the register. Once I finish paying he came to me again and told me that I was holding his work and started following me out the store. I ask one of the store bagers to call the manager, I left my shopping cart with another bager and when I comeback with manager to my shopping cart the guy was already took my groceries and move them to another cart. I complain again about that to the manager and she said that she will check the camaras. That I hope that she really do check the camaras since the guy told her that I Iie about removing a tag and get agresive against him. I hope kroger insvetigate this and ensure that this doesn't happen to another customer. Even a contractors should be hold accountable for his actions while working on the stores

Kroger has to do a much better job of keeping their parking lot clean. The carts are all over the lot and during this time of a pandemic there is no concern for sanitizing shopping carts or hand sanitizer upon entrance to the store. Let's not allow these business to take our neighborhood down.

I went to Kroger yesterday because I needed by diabetes meds, even though my back hurt very badly. I bought an 8 lb bag of Iams cat food. By the time I got to the checkout, I could barely stand. When I got to my car, I put the stuff in my trunk and put the cart in the corral. I did not see the large bag of cat food anywhere in the cart. This morning when we were looking for the cat food, it was not here. I called Kroger, they checked their video and said their bagger had put the bag in my cart, so it was my fault and they would not replace it! I worked there for 5 years, never heard such a thing, customers were always told, "No problem, come on back in with your receipt, we'll replace it". I have to go there for my prescriptions, won't be buying anything else.

I like this location, been going here for years! They have been hard in terms of inventory but the restock was not bad for the times I visited.Per the CoVid situation, they open at 8 in the morning. Got there by 8:30 and the parking lot was full. Only had a few items to pick up but the line was extremely long, the length passing all of the register lanes! As I was standing at the end then I saw a register about to open and the lady in front of me in line not paying attention. You can guess what happened after this but we were checked out fast by a friendly associate and on our way! Good thing to because I was already running late for work!

I know there's a lot going on right now. But the problem I had...no wipes for carts..no carts except all over the parking lot and no one bagging and only 2 lines open. They knew that they were going to be busy. In line for 20 mins and bagged my own food. Horrible. Managers name Donnie

Tried to buy ground beef here, which was listed as being on sale. When the sale price didn't ring up, I asked the attendant (Lori) about it and she said that the sale sticker didn't apply to the product - even though it was the only price displayed with the product and even after I took a picture of the product with the sale sticker to show her(it's the only product even near the sale sticker). I've never witnessed such a rude and not accommodating worker, and I've worked a lot of retail/customer service jobs.

Went to Kroger to pick up spinach, the simply organic brand...began chopping it up to see a couple of friendlies.....called the store...CS says, so do you want a refund....I was like well, I'm not eating this one, but there is Kroger closer to where I live as I was out in that area today. Can I exchange it there....yes, she says....any Kroger. I go on to mention how grossed out I was....guess what....NO EMPATHY at all or sorry that happened or ANYTHING! #DONE

2nd WORSE KROGER (Snellville) I've ever been in. The other was in a poor area of Indianapolis. Same prices but substandard facility, service and produce ... apparently, area and clientele make a difference(?). The second the sliding doors opened I sensed something was different. Think I was in a state of shock. My first thought was "am I at Kroger?". This store was not bright nor clean looking like I was accustomed to seeing with this grocery chain. It was jammed packed with aisles and displays tightly fitted in... the layout was weird. I found myself walking through lines to get through the store not because it was crowded but because of the store layout ... I honestly thought I was in a privately owned grocery store (and if you've ever been in one you know what I mean). This store was so substandard I was not comfortable shopping in it. I walked back across the front of the store to the front door then out! No lunch for me from here (salad, sushi, etc.) this day. I just happened to be working in this area on this day and stopped in ... but never again.

This store is chaotic. So unorganized and there are multiple shelves empty! The parking lot is crazy too! This is the worst Kroger i have ever shopped at. The isles make no sense .. the whole layout of the store could be a LOT better. Never going back there!

Unfortunately, this store seems to be sliding into a negative status. Recently I had a manager who was bagging items bag a PIE on it's side..standing on it's side. When I took it out of the bag and fixed it and asked him why he would do that, I got a snarky "have a nice day ma'am" and then he literally ignored me. This offends me because I work hard for the money I spend, and I want the things I purchase to be treated well. And as a paying customer, I expect some basic common courtesy. Don't be on your phone when you are checking me out. Don't be eating when you are checking me out. Don't be chatting so much that my groceries pile up and don't get bagged. These are not outrageous expectations. Added to the above, the produce appears to be getting worse. With an Aldi and a Publix a stones throw from this store one would think they'd want to improve customer service and offer better selections. And training is sorely needed, as without customers, there is no store. I don't even want to start on the chaotic parking lot, with carts piled well outside of the corrals, and cars parked in the fire lane on a regular basis. I did send feed back about the most recent incident to customer service and got a canned reply. If things don't change fast, I'll be doing all of my shopping elsewhere.

Had the best experience while shopping in there today! I have a 3 yr old and a 5month and today after almost finishing my shopping my baby started to fuss. She was cranky and hungry so she was just no calming down! Not only did one of the employees help me to unload all my items onto the register so I could grab my little girl and calm her down but my cashier Rose was so patient and did it as fast as she could so I could get going with my kids. They all tried to help and calm
