The snellville store made a mistake when they converted cashiers to self checkout. This process is cumbersome.
You are paying people to watch me checkout, when you need to pay people to check me out.
If this process is still in place during the holidays, I will shop elsewhere.

Meh, coulda, shoulda, so do I really wanna deal with those annoying anti theft tags. Okay the staff is really polite about not laughing in my face when they have to take them off, so yeah nice gang of people

The manager, Trisha, is great! Her customer service was exceptional. Holly is great as well. They both made my shopping experience great & I will go back!

No customer checkout lines open. Only self serve. I had a large order with many, many items. Finally able to get service at customer service area. Beware you will feel under appreciated!

I don't think you want my review to this minute. Just left this store and am just ill. I LOVE Kohl's or used too. I just got a coupon couple weeks ago for being Kohls card customer for 30 years. Not the same store used to be. I asked clerk a question and was told I could look it up on the app. Check out was ALL self checkout today. After I've shopped over hr & half, with cart full, I do not want to check myself out. I think Kohls is doing everything they can to push people to online shopping or better yet for me not at all. And then of course coupon that brought me in store was not good on any of the items I purchased.

Nice store but awful self checkouts, and I said this as a millennial who usually likes self checkouts. They are way too close together and cramped, not designed appropriately for people with more than just a few items much less a cart full. Self checkout is your only option as well unless customer service doesn’t have a customer then they will invite you to checkout there.

The line at Kohls yesterday was very long and not one cashier. Everyone had to use self checkout. Some customers had issues using their coupons and only one employee to help. I think I’m going to shop more on line.
