My doctor and all of the staff I encounter are always very warm, pleasant, and welcoming, during each visit. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional in their care and service and the facility is quite clean and comfortable. I am very happy with my choice of doctor and the staff and facility's at Snellville Medical Center and I highly recommend them to anyone searching for warm and effective medical care.

All staff at the Snellville location is not only friendly but very helpful. Dr. Patel has been my primary for 9 years now. I always know that I will get natural remedies along with advice for medication. He takes his time with each patient, so there can be a little wait time but it is all worth it.

Nurse Ginou was extremely nice and helpful. She was gentle with giving me my vaccine & quick. She also answered all of my questions and quickly gave me the documentation I needed. Thank you!

Dr. Jackson-Dent and her staff at Kaiser Permanente in Snellville GA are the best. They are very friendly, nice and caring people. They are the reason I will stay with Kaiser Permanente.

Attentive staff, timely, Dr. Dent and Dr. O are both detailed and proactive, having access to the pharmacy and the lab area immediately is a plus, and the facility although small it is clean and presentable at all times.

Ive been with Kaiser more than 30 years, but I am going to take a hard look at options come next open season.
Usually okay. Today was an exception. 2 stars today.
Waited 30-40 minutes to be called to leave a urine sample. Waiting area was 50% full on arrival. Took awhile for anyone to be called. I finally got the receptionist to go rattle some doors.
The lab person was just perched on a stool looking at computer screen...even after the receptionist brought me back there outside of the lab door. It took a few more minutes for her to acknowledge me there. Finally she came out with a label, handed me a specimen cup and said have a nice day.
My eyeballs were already floating so I went in to leave the specimen before realizing she had not given me a towelette to sanitize before giving the specimen. Too late! I should not have had to ask for one and there probably should have been one provided.
Furthermore...if a patient is just there to leave a urine specimen, they should get them in and out quickly as they need minimal staff time and are probably uncomfortable waiting.

I love Doctor Sandra Dent MD, at Kaiser Permanente in Snellville.
She's the absolute best I've ever met in my life.
All other nurses were so nice to me too??

Dr. Jackson-Dent at the Kaiser Snellville location provides the very best medical care. She is through, knowledgeable and always makes sure she is familiar with your medical chart.
In addition her nurse assistant Gino is awesome and the best nurse assistant I have ever had at the Snellville location.

Dr. Susan Thomas is simply the best. The office is always clean and the staff are friendly. I'm usually in and out within 30 minutes. Out of all the locations, this is my favorite.

I had a great experience this morning. From the time I walked in until I left KP office. A very nice assistant helped me check-in. Kimberly, the nurse was very helpful and informative throughout the visit. Dr. Patel was amazing explaining every part of my exam and recommending what was best to improve my health.
