I've been here for some time and Mrs. Melinda has definitely made the stay for my kids and I very comfortable. The staff at the front desk are very sweet and does as much as they can to take care of any needs or issues addressed. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a comfortable clean place to stay for any amount of time, to come here. Thanks for everything!Safety: We definitely feel that here has been a very safe environment!

The staff were really courteous and lovely. They answer every question I had. Had utilities usage questions, they came to me at 2 different times of the day/night to my rescue. The suite was neat and kept neat. Also I found out as I was doing my research that they were the most affordable of all extended type stay suites and inns in the 20-30miles radius. I’d recommend them most definitely!

Booked this place for a week for my trip from Minneapolis to Snellville, GA. When I arrived, got off the plane at 6:40pm, I saw a text message to call the hotel about my reservation. I did and I was told they would not give me a room, because they were closing at 7pm. I had to find somewhere else to stay. I tried to explain to the manager that I was not informed about this policy, I had traveled from Minneapolis and I was on my way. She didn't care, she hang-up on me. Worse they charged me for cancelation for not showing up when in fact I did show up but they were not willing to accommodate me. I had to find another place to stay.Worse experience I have had with a hotel. Not recommending.Safety: They refused to honor my reservation at night

I went to this location to inquire about a room as im working remote and working late. The doors were locked and an obvious crackhead opened the door, said "hey buddy this place is by the week you need to leave" and I haven't had a worse feeling going into a business. This isn't a business it's a crack house apparently. Stay away folks, unless you're trying to rent a room for a week to do drugs in. What the heck is snellville coming to..

I sold my home and put things in storage while looking for another house so this is my temporary home til then.. Everyone has been nice and accommodating . Melinda and Dee always ask how everything is and answer any questions i may have. I feel safe here and everything is clean its also the best prices around and convenient to many restaurants and shopping . I give it a 5 . ?

I travel for medical and buisness, in town suites snellville has been my home away from home for months at a time, and I’ve been very comfortable everytime. Melinda and Dee have been very helpful and kind to me and that definitely is very comforting being greeted with a smile, the prices are great and the comfort is even better I will recommend in town suites snellville to any and everyone I’m already planning my return.Nearby activities: The location of this building is perfectly placed there’s just about everything within walking distance which has always been a win win for me I don’t have to drive to do my shopping I love staying at in town suites snellville.Safety: The keyed entry is definitely comforting to me knowing anyone can’t just walk inWalkability: Its good in the rear of the building but the front of the building the handicap access is not visible and it’s off to the side of the walkway

This property as served as my home for the past 4 months. I'm new to the area and wanted to find a nice and clean and safe property for me to temporary stay while I search for housing. Melinda the front desk Manager has been nothing short of amazing. Any minor issues that may arise they are handled immediately and properly. She always pleasant and greets you with a smile. This place is in a very safe neighborhood and kept very clean. My overall experience with the place and staff has been Awesome. If you need a place to stay while figuring things out, I would highly recommend this property. It's also in a prime location.

My room was dirty and smelled bad when I first got there. My towels had someone’s hair on them. There was also hair on the floor that wasn’t mine. Someone at the front desk told me my room would be cleaned on Thursday and it never was. Several of the guests around me were extremely loud during the night and in the morning. I am extremely disappointed with my time here and will never be coming back. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.

Melinda Is extremely rude!!!! She has no compassion and don’t need to be in this line of work! In order To run a successful business you must have level of compassion as to where you can comprehend exactly what the customer is asking instead of jumping to conclusions and isn’t willing to help someone in need.

To all of Aya traveling nurses save yourself the time this is not it!!!! Out side of rude management and front desk staff this place is unsuitable for corporate America more so for people in a dead end situation with no place to go. It has an awful smell that lingers throughout the first floor they still have an issue with bedbugs after making it known to management I was argued down that I did not see a bedbug, and to top it off the housekeeper I had was god awful disgusting I watched her clean the toilet bowl with the Jonny mop, and then sling the water all across the floor as she exited the room also witnessed her reaching into the garbage pail retrieving two pillowcases that were used and decided it was a good idea to put them on my pillow. don’t be deceived, as I was by the images, and the renovated decor. Pay the extra money for a suitable place.
