Go here if you like your customer service with a side of body shaming.And just like that insensitivity loses you a customer forever.There are some things that as a business you should just keep to yourself.The customer that comes in regularly is getting bigger? Okay. Make that comment when she’s not in there.Don’t say that directly to her and expect a kind reply. I don’t care if you know anyone in my family, our relationship is still business-consumer.When she made that body shaming comment, I was stunned. I don’t know whether it was because she was clearly throwing stones in a glass house or because she made it unprovoked and unwarranted. I asked her what she expected me to say in reply to such a comment. She said, “you don’t need to reply”.Then you shouldn’t have made such a comment ma’am. I’m not your friend or your child, I’m your customer. Every interaction we have involves an exchange of cash; I don’t come because you know my uncle, or that you know my family. So why, on this blessed day would you decide to make a body shaming comment about not just me but my entire family??Was I ever rude to you? No. Did I ever swindle you? No. Have I walked back into the store because you forgot to ring something up? Yes because I like to believe I’m an honest person. So why did you feel I deserved to hear this comment?Get therapy, and don’t worry I won’t be coming back to any Ike’s stores so you won’t have to worry about ever seeing me again.

I absolutely love this market. I live 50mins from any African market so it's a real treat to have this market near my cousin's home. I stock up on all my west African goodies here. Even grabbed some for my neighbor.

This people are just so pathetic ? I have been going to both stores and the Ike's cafe and grill for years and they are just out there ripping people off. I was at the Snellville store, a bag of chicken is $14.99 but half the bag is waste. Then they now cut the chicken into 4 big parts for you to recut at home. They have a competitor right next door who sells you a whole hen for $20 plus he cuts them into desired size. As if that isn't enough, you go to the cafe, order some beef suya and they give you a countable 12 pieces at most. You order the beef pepper soup and you can hardly find anything in it. You guys need to stop already. Sad!!!
