Front desk assistant claimed no apt but corporate scheduled me at 12. Just after talked down about company as to how they would just put an appointment on calendar. Extremely rude, terrible entry service and was made to feel unwelcome. HAD been going to H&R bl9ck for over 15 years. Never again will I be talked too like that and spend over $600 just on service and protection. Protection from. The staff maybe!

If I could leave a negative star I would.
Couldn't even scan the documents properly after 2 tries, continued to claim pages were missing when they were in his hands!!! Kept researching the internet for tax laws while sitting there, YIKES!!!
For example kept claiming I had to pay property taxes & I had to point out the fact that they are included in my payment. This information is marked on the documents but he had to search the internet to figure it out! Have been a long time customer at this location but my normal person /employee apparently passed away & the new people don't have a clue! Scary experience, NEVER again!!

I paid over 300 for 1 w2 then they charge 42 for a emerald card and 35 for some anti theft shield so close to 500 bucks for a simple w2 never again will I use them...... crooks

This was my daughter first time getting her taxes done. My daughter came in and sat down, then I came a minute after. When I walked in, I thought the man at the front desk say angry woman. So I ask my daughter what did he say. He said, oh it’s nothing. So we followed Ron to do my daughter taxes, and I thought it was a great experience, which I told her make sure you go back to him next year. Then Ron shook my daughter hand. Then as he shook my hand he called me angry woman. I told him, when I walked in I was in pain because of my knee. Letting Ron know I thought that what he said when I first walked in after my daughter. My daughter took my hand, and said he was just joking then we left. My daughter is only 20 and didn’t realize Ron was unprofessional and disrespectful to me and to her. I could not believe Ron said that to me. What a disappointment because I thought he was a nice person. My husband and I been going there to Amy for years, it’s been a great experience. But definitely would not recommend him.

Felt very rushed. No advice given for next tax year. Services included in tax prep fee not explained. Will not recommend or return.

The tax associate was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I will definitely be using this particular location and tax representative, Ms. Adah for future tax preparation. Thank you H&R Block for hiring and training such beautiful staff!!

Highly recommend H&R Block. They are the best at what they do. Pleasant experience, knowledgeable tax professionals that know how to communicate in laymen's terms the tax process and know how to advice you on preparing for the next year. Not to mention a reasonable price!
