Didn't really get help in the boot section, but once I went to get help they were able to order some boots that weren't at this location. Boots fitted small when arrived and they were able to exchange them.

I had an issue with my boots that were a Cavender brand. The General Manger Sammie handled the situation to perfection. She gave me credit and assisted me with another pair due to the service I received. I actually upgraded my next pair of boots. Great customer service. Highly recommended, A+++ service.
