Visited today to pick up my spring break rental and Mike ; Steven ; and KJ were AWESOME !!! Pick up was smooth and they were all very nice and helpful !

Tonia was AMAZING!!! She was very professional and have a good sense of humor that made my day. I was so sad when I came in because I have to go out of town to a funeral but once I met Tonia she made my day which made me know that everything was going to be okay. I will definitely returned to see you Tonia.

?I wish I could give negative stars because this place is terrible. You walk in and all three guys look at you and talk to you like "what the hell are you doing here and what do you want? I arrived on time to pick up a car I had reserved online 2 days earlier. The car was not available so they suggested upgrading, but I have to pay for the upgrade. Are you kidding me? Who needs this kind of stress? I had to go somewhere else and get another car which cost $130 more! ☹️

If you like your peace and money don’t ever go to this location!!! Rude store manager and very incompetent. I got a complete run around and they charge me for things I didn’t want! They blame everything on customer service and they have no idea what they are doing. I will be filing a report with a few agencies including the BBB because this place needs to be shut down!!! Thieves. Such a poor representation of hertz

If I could leave one star I would. I called this location and the location in Duluth both locations are rude! I called this location at 9 in the morning asking if I could use a debt card in store, I was told yes but they needed to ask hire up and it was confirmed I could use the debt card. I get there ready to rent they tell me I gotta come back and can’t rent with debt card….

Wild goose chase to ultimately still not have a car rented. I drove to 2 different locations (per customer service) and they didn’t have any cars available. Wasted several hours for no reason. Enterprise is the only option in my opinion at this point.

I reserved a minivan two weeks ago, but on the day of the reservation, I received a text message two hours before saying that the car I reserved was not available. Thinking it was a mistake, I went to rent the car, but they told me there was no car available. They didn't call to inform me, only sent a text, which I find incomprehensible. They took no action regarding my reservation at all.

Rented a Toyota 4Runner for a week while my car was in the shop and it was the vehicle filthy inside & out when I picked up. Also I was promised I’d have shuttle service back to the dealer which is less than a 5 minute drive down the road once I returned. Just to later be told “we don’t do drops offs unless ira an insurance claim”.This is my first and probably last time renting with hertz.

Made a reservation online weeks in advance20 minutes before pickup, I received a call from Dimitri informing they do not have any vehicles in the size i wanted; I then asked if they had anything else, to which he responded that they don't have any vehicles available and said i can call their reservation line to see if there are any other locations with vehiclesi called the reservation line and no one answered after 15 minutes.If i am going to be charged anything from Hertz, I will be taking the necessary action, as this was not my fault.

We were in town on family emergency and had last minute needs to extend our reservation. We went to Snellville Stone Mountain Hertz where we were greeted with an immediate friendly atmosphere. Mike and Steven went above and beyond to help us meet our needs! We highly recommend to stop in for your rental needs! We give them a 10+!!!!

My first time renting from Hertz bc of the discount from AAA. Mike is a wonderful professional. He made the rental process easy. Very pleasant attitude. The entire staff was wonderful. I will definitely rent with this location again.

Your reservation means nothing. Cars not available upon arrival, cars are dirty at pick up. The guys try to do the best they can do. The place needs a restart get customer service tips from enterprise please . One of the employees said Thrifty is buying Hertz unsure of this but do better
