This location is extremely slow and unprepared. I’ve rented from this location a few times and it’s always a lobby full of people waiting to be helped causing you to be over an hour late picking up your car.

I rent from Hertz and Thrifty frequently and never once have I ever been told “we don’t wash the exterior of the cars”. After finding water bottles and sign stakes in the back trunk I took it back the next day to get another car. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them.
They then gave me another car and nothing more for the trouble and time they caused me. This car had 3/4 of gas in it and was told by the employee to make sure I bring it back with 3/4. Well I did days later and noticed on my credit card I was being charged approx. $100 for gas. I called and had to state my case to get a refund.
Won’t return to this place.

This is really a 0 star. Horrible customer service, My Daughter and i went to pick up what was suppose to be a pathfinder but they ended up giving us a kia even though we made a reservation month in advance. The car that they gave was very dirty inside and outside, when we asked if they could a least wash it, we were told that their water hose was not working, we also complained about the tires being very worn which could be dangerous, We were told that those were the original tires and the car only had 29000.00 miles on it so the tires should be fine. We asked for another vehicle and was told they only had one other vehicle and one of the gentleman that was working there was going to take that one. We had a flat tire 1 hour into our trip. At 1:00 am in the morning we had to purchase a tire and we had to have cash to purchase the tire,
4 days later, Upon returning the car to very same Hertz that we picked it up from, I needed to use the rest room, and was told no. I was denied by a gentleman by the name of KJ. i had to run across the street to try to find a rest room, These guys have no customer service skills at all, Why are they working with the public. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!! I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM HERTZ

We booked a car with Hertz a week in advance for my wife’s girls trip to Miami. When we arrived at the scheduled time, we were told they had no cars available. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I immediately called a competitor who had vehicles available, and my wife and her friends were able to get on their trip. Very disappointed with Hertz's service and reliability.

This is the worst place to rent a car through. I’ve rented through Hertz twice. The first time I was given a car that had a dead battery and was told no one else had any cars for me to switch to. I spent a whole day trying to get it fixed. No partial refund or anything was given. Not even an apology. Then the most recent time was a last minute situation. I reserved the rental online and when I went into the store I was told they didn’t have a car for us. That they didn’t know where we reserved it from but they don’t have one. It was through their website with a confirmation number. They then told us that they would have to charge us $70 more a day for a bigger car and then when I told him they needed to honor the price that we were given for the car we reserved, They told us that they didn’t have any cars available. They told us that every car out there was reserved and that if they were to give us one of those cars, then somebody else would be in our same predicament. Meanwhile, my husband heard him tell an older lady that if she didn’t get their insurance and something happened to the car while she was driving it, they would pull up to her house and take her car. Very unprofessional people working for this business and terrible business practices. If I could rate negative stars I would. I will never even give them a chance again and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

?I wish I could give negative stars because this place is terrible. You walk in and all three guys look at you and talk to you like "what the hell are you doing here and what do you want? I arrived on time to pick up a car I had reserved online 2 days earlier. The car was not available so they suggested upgrading, but I have to pay for the upgrade. Are you kidding me? Who needs this kind of stress? I had to go somewhere else and get another car which cost $130 more! ☹️

Visited today to pick up my spring break rental and Mike ; Steven ; and KJ were AWESOME !!! Pick up was smooth and they were all very nice and helpful !

Tonia was AMAZING!!! She was very professional and have a good sense of humor that made my day. I was so sad when I came in because I have to go out of town to a funeral but once I met Tonia she made my day which made me know that everything was going to be okay. I will definitely returned to see you Tonia.

If you like your peace and money don’t ever go to this location!!! Rude store manager and very incompetent. I got a complete run around and they charge me for things I didn’t want! They blame everything on customer service and they have no idea what they are doing. I will be filing a report with a few agencies including the BBB because this place needs to be shut down!!! Thieves. Such a poor representation of hertz
