It was fast, and the employees are very informative they let me know how much everything was going to be before so I can say yes or no. I always go to Grease Monkey when my dealership can't get me an appointment at the time I need my oil changed, and my dealership accepts their paperwork.

My first visit to Grease Monkey was for an oil change. Customer service was excellent! I was able to stay in my vehicle while the service was done and they even replaced a blown headlight bulb. All this was done in less than 15 minutes. I was given an honest recommendation for future work needed. I intend to bring my vehicle to Gease Monkey for all future oil changes.

(?????????? ???? ????? ?????? ????) ????? ???? ???? ???? ??????? ???? ??????? ??? ? ??????!When I went to get my oil changed, they did an automatic 'fluid top off' that (I didn’t know) comes as part of the service. Long story short, they put that cheap yellow/greenish coolant into my car…????? ?? ????????? ???? ??????? ???? ???? ?? ?????? (???? ?????? ???? ??????? ???? ??? ??? ??? ????? ??????? ???? ? ???). ??????? ????? ??????? ???? ? ??? ?? ???? ??????? ?????? ???? ? ??? ??????.And I didn’t know they did that at first. But about 3 weeks later, it started leaking GREEN coolant.??? ?? ? ???? ???? ??? ?????????? ?????'? ????? ????? ??????? ?? ?? ?????????.I didn't put it there...The BMW dealership d@mn sure didn't put it there...Nobody broke into the hood and snuck some green coolant in there as a prank while I was sleeping...So who else could it be except the people who pump every automobile they service full of that green liquid kryptonite?Every morning single morning there's a fresh puddle of coolant under the car, ???????? ?? ?????? ??????.Guess from where?THE SAME EXACT RESERVOIR where they added the acidic BMW-destroying cheap green coolant into my car.??? ?? ???? ????’? ??? ??????, ????’?? ??? ?????? ?? ??? ??. Really great and quick service! Regular auto parts store are apparently not able to touch certain models of cars to install batteries like they would for other cars, so I came here to get my battery replaced & installed. Waited only a short while & the gentleman there was super helpful & nice. I unfortunately did not get his name but he had locs/twists & a friendly smile. Thank you all there for great sevice!

Grease Monkey on 124 in Snellville is the best ever. Fast and quick detailed service and always with a smile from the young lady that knows what she's doing especially. I had service today she worked both lines by herself efficiently and quickly. Love it!

There was a guy with locs there whose attitude was so SO poor, I’ll NEVER be back and I was a REGULAR. How could you be so disrespectful to someone unprovoked? But hey, LOOK AT ME at TAKE 5 who does FREE TOP OFFS IF YOU COME BACK WITHIN 3,000 MILES OF YOUR NEXT OIL CHANGE

I drove a fleet vehicle and decided to stop at the location because it was near my house and convenient. I requested to have a simple oil change and wipers replaced. I reviewed the transaction and received confirmation from my fleet management that it was approved. I drove off with no problem; they seemed pretty cool. A year later, I’m getting notifications from my fleet manager's office stating that this location is too expensive. I’m confused because my first visit was over a year ago with another fleet vehicle. I got a simple oil change and wipers changed. They billed my office almost 250.00. I was shocked… My office provided a snapshot of the invoice, which showed I visited in 2023, which was a lie; the wipers were 54.00; they added 40.00 for the air flitter, 50.00 for the cabin filter, and 100.00 for a conventional oil change. I have not approved any of these items since my office was billed. They are dishonest and will NEVER visit any of this company's locations.
