The owner, Cindy, is a very experienced stylist who has been at this location for many years and has many loyal customers. This is a walk-in salon, so you might have to wait a bit during busy times. Cindy is just as good (better, even) as the stylists in much more expensive salons, yet charges much less for a great haircut. Usually she employs a barber, but if he isn't there, she can cut men's hair as well. I highly recommend Haircuts,etc.

I returned to Hair Cuts Etc multiple times since my last review. I don't get my hair cut enough, and I tend to explore when I don't have a place/stylist that I rely on. Hair Cuts Etc did a good job during my last trip for a reasonable price. That said, there were a few chinks (oh sh- what did I just say?) in the armor. You know what you're getting the moment you step into the shop. The decor screams Old South. As somebody who has acknowledged their Southern roots, I don't have a problem with this. I love barbecue. I love Skynyrd. I love mom and apple pie and the freedoms that we all enjoy across this beautiful land. My first experience was a good one. My second also was. Sometimes third time is the charm. Other times, third time is the time that it all goes to heck. Hair Cuts Etc. has a very clear target demographic. My first few trips made me feel slightly out of place, but not completely unwelcome. During my third and final trip, I walked into the store shortly after a different guest. That guest was greeted quickly and warmly. I was ignored. Another guest walked into the store after me, and he also was greeted warmly. After being ignored, I listened to the guests and the stylists at Hair Cuts Etc. act like stereotypes with all of their radical politics and complaints about millennials. I wonder if these idiots realize that one of the stylists is a millennial. I wonder if these idiots are aware that Gen Z is now doing complaint-worthy things. I wonder if these idiots are even aware that there is such thing as Gen Z. I thank Hair Cuts Etc. for forcing me to find a good place to get my hair cut. I am very far away from The Men's Parlor @ IQ, but I'll go there from now on. Hair Cuts Etc. continues to be a very cheap place to get a pretty good hair cut. Just make sure to be in the target demographic.

Scott Murphy nails my haircut every single time. Very professional, courteous, and approachable. Great experience every time. Cindy does my Dad's hair as well, he enjoys her cuts as well.
