“My daughter started 2 months ago with no previous knowledge of jujitsu. The instructor takes the time to walk thru what a submission is and why, as it's not obvious for young children. These kids are learning serious self defense, and quickly grasping these concepts at a young age. This is the perfect compliment to her precious karate classes. She loves it!”
“I checked out CrossFit ICONZ at the start of the year because I wanted to really push myself and make sure I was on track to reach my wellness and fitness goals. Coach Keefa called me almost immediately (on New Year's Day) after receiving my online inquiry to provide information on their programs and pricing and to learn more about my goals. I was at the gym at 4:45 am the next morning for a tour and to check out a class. I was hooked! I absolutely LOVE the ICONZ experience. Keefa and her team are professional, know their stuff and the entire ICONZ family is welcoming and encouraging. It's beautiful seeing people walk in their purpose and power and witnessing the ways that journey impacts the lives of others. That's what I see at ICONZ and I am so happy to be a part of the family! “had such a nice time there yesterday with my friends from the day program which is JL community services. The play ground was nice and clean, and the tables and chairs were very nicely done. At first it was pretty hard sitting on those benches holding my lunch on my lap while I ate it but the staff members took us to some tables that were very nice tables to eat our lunch, and it was fun. I highly recommend this place if you want some time to be able to dance, exercise and work out and just have some fun outdoors.I sure did have fun!!!”
