The Cashier charged my credit card TWICE!! No ONE answers the phone. The location management is unavailable. Will not return to this location- NEED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER ASAP!

This goodwill stole my money out of my account. I went there and made a purchase on April 19,2024 and on May 8, 2024 there were two transactions for the same amount I spent in May drafted from my debit card and I haven’t been back to the store. I called and they gave me another number to call but no one answered. Please pay attention to your bank account because there is definitely fraudulent activity going on within that store.

Lots of treasures at this place! Everyone here is always so pleasant. The place is clean and very organized. This location is one of my favorites.

It's criminal how much this store has been recently charging for their items, especially since the items are free - donated items. The purpose of Goodwill is to help those unfortunate, not rip them off. This store has used inflation as an excuse to over value and over jack up their prices but this may only hurt them in the end. I suggest going to other Goodwills close by. Their prices are more reasonable. I use to be a regular customer, but not anymore. And I think other customers are doing the same because it doesn't feel good to be ripped off for items you can buy at TJMax for literally the same price.

This morning I was on my way to drop some clothes to donate. A gentleman was outside putting in things that others left through out the night in the store he saw me parking and immediately yells we only accept donation at 9 when the store opens. He was black and short and I wanted to tell him brother the only reason you have a job is because of people like me who donates and what's an extra bag from all the other stuff you just picked up. However some people take their job too serious. From now on I won't donate anymore personally.

Came here to donate, the representative did not come out and greet. He stood behind the door and waited till I got all the bags out. Didn't come with a cart or anything to assist. Never said hello, and acted as if he didn't want to hand me a receipt. Disgraceful. I will not shop here or drop off any goods ever.

Um yes...this goodwill is it... I even found quilts and pillows I felt I could just sleep on without washing. The place is spacious and I love the layout. It's not the typical goodwill layout. The house wear items are to the left when you walk in and not all the way down back. I enjoyed my experience. I found so many great things at a low price.

Waited in line.. cashier asked manager to come answer my question. He..I think Ryan? Big guy..blue shirt..kept ringing up other customers rather than coming to answer my question . After he started the 3rd customers..I left my buggy full of goods and walked out. Not happy

Just went to the Goodwill at 124 and Ronald Reagan to drop off a donation. I never donate junk. It's always usable stuff. I was told by the person at the donation door that everything I had needed to be in boxes or he couldn't accept it. Name me another business that gets free merchandise that they can overcharge for when they resell it. Now they tell you how they want it delivered? From now on it goes in the garbage. They will get nothing else from me.

To anyone donating video games to Goodwill please stop what I was told at 4 different locations by managers they don't even put them out on the floor they sell them online for more profit they said $5.05 is not enough come on now goodwill i will be calling corporate on these locations
