“I do not understand what all the bad reviews are for. I had a medical bill $1000 i could not pay off years ago and it went to this agency as a debt. It made my credit score drop about 100pts. So now that i have money i decided to pay it off in full and of course it had interest charges tagged on it because its been in collections so long but i paid that too and i asked for a receipt and they sent one to my email. I had no issues with the transaction process at all. I never even had them hounding me by calling me on the phone the whole time i was in debt. My collections showed up a month later as paid off in CK and even though the internet says this is not possible, i gained half of my credit score back after that debt was paid in full. The way i see it, if you have a debt it is your responsibility to pay it off.
