Profoundly rude man at the service desk. Veiled anger, demanding, no eye contact, no please or thank you. I left without service as I can't pay money to a business who treats people like that. The guy didn't like old people, females, or Caucasians..or all. Never going back nor anyone else I can convince to.

Jen is absolutely amazing ! Fast, accurate, and very knowledgeable! She single handily earned all of our business moving forward. Great staff and a well ran store.

Worst customer service and store I've been to. Never go there, terrible attitudes poor service, bathroom is always dirty. Worst fedex I've ever been to.

I walked in where I was greeted with a smile and a "thank you for coming in." "How can we help you today?" This young man helped me by putting the lable into the vinyl sleeve, then he placed the sleeve on the proper place on the package. After that was completed, he showed me how to scan the label. "Is there anything else we can help you with today?"Damn great service. ? ?two thumbs up.

I usually don’t write reviews, however Brittany the associate that helped me did an amazing job. As I was standing there she came over and immediately assisted me and put her best effort towards showing me proper customer service.

Just had a wonderful experience with Brittany. I was skeptical to visit this site due to all the negative reviews but Brittany was very helpful and accommodating. They also have a Now Hiring sign so hopefully they will hiring quality people ?

What a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE location to do business. The manager JENNIFER is rude, obnoxious, and foolish. They are always in long conversations with each other when customers arrive. I have had to stand and wait till these random conversations are done before they come forward to help.They mixed up the labels on my business packages and refused to take accountability. When I spoke to Jennifer, she was downright hostile and hung up after telling me: I GET PAID EITHER WAY!!I am beyond flabbergasted that such poor customer service exists in 2023! I will now ship all items from my business through the competitor who has better trained staff.I have no intention whatsoever of dealing with rabid Jennifer again, or the other chatty chatty female employee who is just as horrible as her.

This store was under staff so I understand but the 2 guys was impatient and not helpful with major attitude. I have a small business so I have little time to go to another store to get good customer service.?

I came to this location because it’s 5 minutes away; my company is looking for a printing/copying business to work with and purchase from 5-10 times a month.Amongst 6 staff members in the building 2-6 feet away, no one offered to assist while I stood at the counter with all of my folders and papers for 5-6 minutes. Personal conversations were being had amongst each other and no one uttered a word to a customer in their store specifically at the front service desk.

Doug, Assistant Manager, gave me superlative customer service! He was courteous, helpful and very skilled at printing. I will come here for all of my printing needs. We need more people in this world like Doug!

If they had a negative rating I would use it. The female being the Full Service Print counter is so rude !! Absolutely no customer service skills, not to mention a bit condescending if asked a question. FedEx must really really be hurting for employees. I’ll go elsewhere for printing. ….
