Assistant manager Doug is very personanable, professional and knowledgeable! He helped me with a Bachelorette party place card project and it turned out just as I had envisioned! He made the entire experience fun!
I have been to this location several times, never had a bad experience, but also had never had such a spectacular personalized experience. I'll be looking for Doug each time I have a project to complete!

Hats off to the Assistant Manager, Doug!! He was very kind, patient and extremely helpful today. I had to print a very large file with lots of graphics!!! He showed me what to do
and it worked!! I am very happy with the outcome!! It is always a joy to receive impeccable customer service!!! Thanks again!!!

I believe in not allowing other opinions to influence mine BUT believe what you see here about this location. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL. Customer service is not even deserving of one star. The team talks to customers across the room and conducts inappropriate workplace conversations and expects for ADULTS to continue to conduct business here. It is not anyone’s fault, other than management, if you’re inadequately staffed. I will gladly commute 30mins to the Lawrenceville location before EVER patronizing here again. Hopefully corporate will soon consider extensive customer service training for this entire team including management.

Jour hey pal¡ I came in to get some things printed, and I had the pleasure of meeting jour! I tried multiple times to get the code emailed to me. 7 minutes later, I asked if he could help. He told me no, then continued trying to spit game at a girl next to him. I'm sure you can see he is as unsuccessful pulling females as he is at his job. Tighten up sport! ?

Understaffed and the employees that are there are extremely rude. I had a laminate ($2.75) that I needed to pay. It took 25 minutes to get an employee to ring it up. This store sucks. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible customer service over the phone so I can't imagine what it is in the store. I called to ask a simple question about ordering online and they quickly cut you off only to transfer you over to the corporate customer service line where they hung up in my face twice. Never giving them my business.

Definitely should’ve looked at the reviews before coming here. Customer Service is horrible. Print quality is horrible, wrong paper size and stretched. VERY lucky I needed to get to a meeting otherwise these copies would go back. The FedEx shipping guy had to clear his throat 3 times to get the lady & gentleman working in printing to acknowledge me standing there. This place should be closed.

I came 15 minutes before they close and they had locked the door. Wanted to use the self-serve printer. What’s the point of closing 15 minutes early makes no sense.

Profoundly rude man at the service desk. Veiled anger, demanding, no eye contact, no please or thank you. I left without service as I can't pay money to a business who treats people like that. The guy didn't like old people, females, or Caucasians..or all. Never going back nor anyone else I can convince to.

Worst customer service and store I've been to. Never go there, terrible attitudes poor service, bathroom is always dirty. Worst fedex I've ever been to.
