I do not recommend this site to anyone. They are extremely rude. I received a shipping box from the seller. He sent me a device in the original box via FedEx. When I tried to return the item in the original box that was delivered to me via FedEx, with a picture attached in the same box, the employee refused and was extremely rude and asked to buy another box to be returned. I asked to speak to the manager of the place, whose name is Karim. He was also rude and said he could not help me. I showed him a picture when they delivered it in the same box that I am trying to return same box with new label. The employee was laughing in front of the people and the manager did not react or show any respect. Incompetent, disrespectful people should not be placed in a big company like FedEx. I do not recommend anyone to deal with FedEx. I asked the site to change the return of the box through another company and it was returned through UPS. They were very kind and respectful.

Very poor customer service with little regard to customers waiting in line. Attitudinal staff members with absolutely zero professionalism. I loathe going to this location. Thank goodness I was made aware that Kohl’s has a FedEx drop off. Do better!

The staff are insufficiently cordial or communicative. The wait times are excessive and the staff unmotivated. It might as well be the Post Office.

Send a package about 1lb to another country price was 182 dollars.
They deliver the papers I signed at the store but the package never got there how does this happens? I open a case for missing package online lets see what happens

After reading all the comments.. I’ll drive a little further to print copies. Seems like a hit or miss kind of place when it comes to disrespectful managers and their staff.

The Assistant Manager Ingrid allowed Jour to disrespect me and tell me that he refuses to speak to me in return if I spoke to him. He stated that he purposely ignored me during my previous visit to the store and that he doesn’t have to speak back to me. She completely condoned his behaviors. Then he went on to say that I told him God Bless You and that he doesn’t believe in God so he chooses not to interact with and ignore me. It all transpired because I asked the question about them locking the doors early making it an inconvenience for customers to walk all the way around the building. I have a handicap sticker and walking long distances is painful for me. They were rude about accommodating me stating this is how we do things here at this store. It was an awful experience. The Assistant Manager was so kind before. I was completely flabbergasted by her behavior. Ingrid stood there and did absolutely nothing. Then when I said something back to him after he was offended because I said God Bless You, she finally started telling him to be quiet, but this was way after the fact. So I explained to her that I thought she would have chimed in sooner because the conversation was between she and I because he butted in the conversation without proper cause. Then she stated to me that she should have told me to be quiet in the beginning which was shocking. 😳 Her entire comment left me speechless….til date I’m still speechless. The only person that was nice and super professional was Ethen! He was soooooo professional at all times. Stayed out of it and just did his job at the highest level. I met Ingrid before her promotion and she was super nice. Sometimes positions change people. We are never to grand to fall. Ingrid even told me to make sure that I filed a complaint, so she is definitely expecting this complaint to be written up.

Poor costumer service. No regard to costumers waiting. Stacey, Ingrid, Jerrica and Akeem plus guy on packages on duty yet it took over 40 minutes to print papers for 3 people . The self serve printer doesn’t offer many options yet they only have ONE available larger printer available in the back. Another woman said she had been waiting as well. I had to stress the issue for them to show regard and concern. There are better ways to manage a business.

My service today was excellent. This was my first return on a TikTok order, and the young lady was simply wonderful. Also a Akeem Was so kind and nice. Great staff.

The worst possible customer service I have ever encountered. Stacey is the absolute worst lacks basic customer service skills !! Would recommend this location to anyone. I wish I could’ve gave 0 stars that’s what this location deserves.
