Brought coat in to fix hole in pocket. Cleaner fixed hole, but broke the zipper. The cleaner owner, told me the lady whom fixed coat couldn't broke zipper. Because she said it was already broke. He refused to do anything about it. Funny thing is, I spent $16.00 for repair and I still can't wear it.Service: Alterations

My fiance has used this cleaners for years without any problems, Recently he took a navy sport coat for alterations that was to be worn at our wedding and when he went back to pick it up they gave him a black jacket suit jacket. The lady argued that it was his jacket even though it was a different color, unfamiliar brand and too small. To make matters worse the navy jacket belonged to my deceased father so it also had sentimental value. They were very rude and insisted that they never make mistakes. I would give this place a 0 if that was an option.

Not a good experience. Noticed suits were dusty and smelled when pulled out of plastic. After a few times, this became a consistent pattern. It seems as if they would press the suits, but did not use cleaning solution. Brought garments to owner to address issue, and received belligerent and rude response. Made every attempt to avoid talking to me, even walking away. Lesson learned. Will not use them again.
