On 8/28/24, I visited the Prime Storage facility in Snellville Ga where I purchased a storage unit from and just shortly in my visit, I noticed the Assistant Manager name “Sharon” from and faculty being very rude with the Manager who was training her. This woman had an attitude with this man so disrespectful and disgusting that I really wanted to just leave and take my business somewhere else!! The only reason I proceeded with my purchase is because I had promised to come back and purchase by that date for the price I was quoted.
The Manager was very polite and professional with her the entire time I was there. I never witnessed a so called “Assistant Manager” be so rude towards their fellow managers nor colleagues in my entire life!! Her attitude is beyond disrespect and she does not have ANY business in Customer Service nor in ANY Leadership positions.. No matter what he said and tried to tell her, she was not trying to hear any of it. She was so disgusted with him in front of me that she let out the biggest “blow”. She did not want her “Manager” to tell her what to do as if she felt that she was above him! Though she is not normally at this facility, it was only right that I address this because her behavior is not good for this type of establishment. She will cause your company to lose valuable customers and money because she can’t accept ANY from of Feedback/Criticism good or bad.

I spoke to Bryan, Cindy and Jestina yesterday and today. They were all extremely professional, kind and helpful in helping me to resolve my concerns. I would recommend Prime storage for your storage needs.

I had an awesome experience with Jestina and Shameka. Jestina said that she was newly working there but she was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Both ladies were very friendly and answered all my questions. Customer service was top notch!
