Wes and the team at Eurofed In snellville are very professional and excellent mechanics in my opinion. This was a very involved front-end job which included tie rods, struts not to mention a front-end balance. I would recommend them to anyone with a European car. Thank you guys!

I can’t recommend this place enough. I called in a state of panic because a previous place I went could not finish the job they started. Adam greeted me on the phone and was so nice, patient, and helpful. Despite being super busy that day they were able to get me in! They had my car fixed within 30 minutes and the mechanic that serviced it came out to explain what he did and what had happened to cause the issue. Needless to say they go above and beyond not only in the car service they provide but also the customer service!

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR REPAIRS!!!
My goal in this is to help avoid anyone else experiencing this. I dropped my vehicle off on July 28th concerning a noise the car was making in preparation for a move out of state on August 3rd. I was told that the noise was related to an exhaust leak & to resolve the issue they would have to replace the entire turbo in the vehicle ($4300 repair). We were told that it would be an 8 hour repair once part was received within 24 hours therefore the vehicle would be ready at latest Thursday August 1st. Things started getting weird when I'd call to follow up & was told that the part was never received. My follow up calls would typically happen at the end of day simply because I'm accustomed to an establishment reaching out to me with an update. However, it was clear each time that there wasn't any reach to find out why the part wasn't received & being that it was end of day it then turned into a next day priority which went on for days. Once the part arrived our next situation was a bolt being broken when the turbo was being removed, we now have to order a replacement bolt which I was told would be there on the following day. For 3 days I was given excuses (I was even told the delay was related to the storm that the Carolina's were experiencing, when I mentioned that I was under the impression that the part was being delivered from a local dealership literally 45 minutes away the manager Wes readjusted again & explained that he would follow up with the delivery driver). Once the bolt arrives I was then told that the other piece of the bolt was still inside of the manifold. So after loosing almost 4 days waiting for a bolt you guys never thought it was important to remove the bolt immediately after it broke!!!!!! His story then changed again, now this was a second bolt that was broken, according to him they had already gotten the first one out. After that I decided to pop in for a visit to take some pictures of the drilling they were now doing on this bolt because they couldn't get it out, while I was there I also asked to see the broken bolts. Wes immediately presented 1 bolt, when I asked for the second he began to rumble repeatedly through the tray where all of the items from my car were placed. He was confused as to where the other bolt could be & I clearly knew why! I forgot to mention the day before this same manager told me that the turbo had already been placed back in my vehicle & all that was left was to connect hoses & test drive the vehicle! When asked how a mistake like that could be made I was told that he thought things were going smoothly! This madness went on for 5 additional days, in that time I asked to speak with the owner only to be told that he was too busy & handed us off to another manager (same level as Wes but at another location). Needless to say with no resolve; the car wasn't finished until 4:30 pm on Monday August 12th, considering my son now had already missed the first day of school we jumped on the road a little after 5pm & quickly noticed the car was making the very same noise. I called for the following day & day after with no call back. The owner finally reached out & mentioned that he thought it was weird that I left town with the car, he also mentioned that I wasn't charged for the additional labor caused by them breaking a bolt! Wes mentioned that also in previous conversations. In the days to follow there were several unanswered messages as well as calls. Unfortunately my car got worse so I took it to Volvo, they immediately explained the job had been done poorly & they needed to remove the entire turbo again to figure out what was going on ($2200) in doing so they found an oversized bolt that was backing out, upon removing it they found that a broken bolt in the cylinder head as well as damage to the cylinder head due to them enlarging the space to force the oversized bolt in!!!! My entire cylinder head now needs to be replaced (12k repair!!!

2nd repair with shop. The planning of parts preparation for work could be better, to allow for installation and repair time reduction. Over all job cost ? should be low than compared to dealership cost ?? Overall Quality of job or work required was great and met expectations!
