High pharmacy personnel turn over. Every time I go to this pharmacy there is someone new and of course they are not trained and if there is an issue they don’t know how to correct it.
I’ve had several mishaps with my pharmaceutical orders, I’ve received other customers medication, or the incorrect medication/dose even though the doctor wrote my prescription correctly.
Also a lot of medication has had to be ordered even though I’ve taken it for years. I’ve had a lapse in my medication and therefore suffered severe side effects. If you can use a different pharmacy. Or at the least constantly check your medication so you don’t take the wrong medication or dose. This pharmacy makes deadly mistakes and nothing is being done about it.

The important part is the pharmacy researching your prescription. When the techs advise “the doctor has not called “ and still say with a smile. When you depart the store and the people are friendly and smiling.” You feel good about the money.

I had to change my pharmacy bc of insurance but in any case .. went pick up my meds which was urgently prescribed but they pulled shutters down in face bc it was 1:30 (I didn’t know they close then but np ). Went back after they reopened and when I asked when I should the meds the pharmacist told me to read the instructions . Like wow. Mind u it clearly says “cousin patient for new drug” on the bottle . Side effects include but not limited to falling asleep while driving or operating machinery, cardiac arrest etc. thanks cvs staff :)

This is my go-to CVS when I need meds for my family and get my basic things very quickly. They always have kind people working here, and I’ve only had good experiences shopping here.

I came here to collect medicine for my husband. It was on a Sunday. They close at 6pm . But it was as if they rather closed at 5:55. I got there at exactly 6pm and the gate was already down. They could have helped me but they did not.

I submit a photo puzzle and a greeting card order for same day pick up 3 days ago,and i receive a confirmation and next morning I get an email saying it got delayed for technical issue and calling after 3 days to check the status the person says you have to submit the photo request Cz it didn't go through when I told the request was submitted 3 days ago this guy says I can't pull it up in the system it's Kodak issue and we can help it with this you have to do it all over again.Thanks for ruining my husband's birthday surprise and for telling me this after 3 daysHorrible service ever

Concerning Jared the manager. I pay a particular bill every month that’s $2300. I come into the CVS every month and pay this bill. Came in this month to pay the bill and the manager Jared tells me that CVS has a daily limit of $2000 and you can’t spend more than that. I proceeded to tell Jared that I literally do this every month and so please just try to run the transaction. This guy refused to even try. I begged him to please just run the transaction I promised him it would go through, he again refused. I had to drive 15 minutes out of the way to another CVS that ran the transaction…. Like I said. I then came back to his store to him the transaction and he just responded with. That’s CVSs problem.

Prices are too high and you can get name brand items for cheaper on Amazon..at other stores WIC/Insurance Items are separated..front desk/customer service needs to be familiarized with WIC..it's not just for babies anymore pregnant Mom's can get it too..the inventory was dated and way too expensive..took my money and had a shopping spree at the dollar tree..never again...

Mark provided exceptional customer care today!! He quickly greeted me as I entered the store. As I was looking for a specific item, he asked me if I needed help and I gladly accepted his gracious offer. Instead of Mark telling me which aisle the item was in and/or pointing in its direction, he kindly walked with me to show me exactly what I needed and it was in stock! During my checkout process, I decided to sign up for CarePass and he patiently walked me through the process and answered my questions. It was a sincere joy being assisted by Mark as he was very welcoming, super kind, and extremely patient! Mark is an excellent representation of the best of CVS!!
