“I hadn't been to this store in a long time but Best Buy is on of my favorite electronic stores on side of the Apple store. I had to go over one day to do an exchange on some beats headsets that I had. The exchange was very quick and not problematic at all. All of the staff were wearing masks. I try to go in and do what I need to do and leave. If not I'll start browsing the store just to see what I want to buy next.”

I had a laptop that was missing keys on its keyboard and a PS5 that was having internal issues. On the first occasion, I had bought a gaming display laptop that had keys missing, so I also bought the replacement keyboard for it. Once I arrived at Atlanta Computer Solutions, that’s when I met Brian and Kitty. Both of them further accessed the laptop to see if the keyboard had anymore issues other than the missing keys.
Brian then said to me what had to be done to get the new keyboard installed and why the pricing the way that it was. A few hours pass when I received a call that my laptop was ready. I was surprised because I was think it might’ve been at least a day because of other orders they might’ve had. Once I arrived the laptop looked great with all the keys intact. Brian also let me know that the new keyboard I had bought lacked the rgb light of the old one;
so he took it upon himself to take the old one off the damaged keyboard and put it on the new one. I feel like not too many people would’ve done, and I really appreciated that he did that. For the second occasion my Ps5 was having a problem where the main system was behaving normally, but it would never display onto a screen. It was a mystery issue because there were a few things that could’ve factor in causing this problem.
Long story short it was an internal issue where(I kinda forgot at this point) two small pins weren’t touching together. During that time Brian spent a lot of time doing the proper research to see what was the cause of the issue. And again I feel like not too many people would’ve taken the time to see what the problem was and try to find a solution to fix it. Overall the crew: Brian, Kitty, and P (I forgot his name unfortunately) at Atlanta Computer Solutions are great to do business with, and have great customer service.
I feel like they take the proper time and care to repair your electronics. Going forward if I have any more electronic problems that I can’t fix, I look forward to doing business with them in the future.”
