“This store has gotten progressively neater over the years! Props to the management and workers here. We got asked multiple times if we needed help and the store is very well organized.”
“I guess R21's target demographic has become tween girls, and 20'something hipster guys; 2/3 of the store was girl's/women's(?) clothes, and the 1/3 that was boy's/men's, as far as pants went, were either sweats, or skinny/skinny taper jeans.The only thing that saved this from a 1-2 star review was the staff. They were very attentive, and very eager to help me try to find something that would work for me.”
“Associate helped me find the right jeans for me. Can't remember her name for the life of me but I told her my issues with fit after trying on several pairs and she recommended the "curvy" fit and helped me find my perfect size. They didn't have the long length in my size so she ordered it for me. I'm so glad I went here I've never had a pair of jeans fit me better than these”

“Though I didn’t buy anything, it was amazing to see “ No” long lines. The staff was attentive and working the floor. Item were placed neatly. There were quite a few pieces of nice furniture!! The neatest Ross I’ve been to in years!”
“Fantastic selection of clothing. Store was clean and well stocked. Many different sizes for everything were available. The Store Manager Carter was available for a small concern, and went out his way to address it and take care of me as a customer. Staff had excellent customer service.”

“This business is a hidden gem in South Gwinnett County. It was a very relaxed and enlightening shopping experience for such exotic body butters, creams and lotions especially the one called Irresistible...all I can say is Oooh Weee! when the wife puts it on her body.”
