Terrible customer service. Let's start by saying that I got an appoinment for last Saturday and when I got there they didn't know about my appoinment, the girl who helped me told me that they didn't have my appoinment even when I showed her the confirmation email. After waiting for my turn, the agent who assisted me told me that she was not qualified for the topic I wanted to discuss, and she recommended that I get a new appoinmet for another day so an agent more qualified than her could assist me, which was what I did and got an appoinment for today morning. Today when I arrived it was the same story, no one knew about my appoinment and the guy who helped me told me that the issue I wanted to discuss was with the supervisor and that he did not have my appoinment in the system. Finally I left without seeing anyone. CHASE, please hire qualified people so they can serve your customers. This specific location is incredibly bad, no one cares about anything even when you have appoinment. Stay away from this place.

I went to this location on Saturday morning, as soon as they opened. No other customers were waiting. I had a pleasant experience with Mrs. Kathryn, who deposited my check.

Used drive-thru atm and money didn’t appear anywhere. Waited over 20 min on phone just to file complaint. I provided them with everything and recorded the call for proof. They Explained that it would take an hour, a day to three just for them to reimburse since it’s the atms fault. Seems like the claims agent had no care. Didn’t receive no email. I thought fdic would’ve done something with all reviews on this. They have cameras on atms and I wouldn’t contact them and report faulty atm that workers at this bank knew about. I was told they’ve been having issues, so put a warning or shut atm down. Submit a complaint to fix these issues.

DO NOT BANK HERE. I opened up a simple savings account with Chase and within one month I get a letter in the mail saying my account is restricted due to “possible fraud” and they may close the account soon so I need to go to the bank. They claim they were trying to protect me against this “fraud” but this wasn’t true.When I get to the bank and call the number like the teller instructed me to do they said they already closed the account. I asked the person on the phone what the exact reason was as to why they closed my account because I knew it wasn’t fraud because the only thing I do with that account is store money in it and they told me “Chase doesn’t disclose that info” like what?????It’s my bank account and my money I’m storing with you guys I deserve to know why my account gets randomly closed without a sufficient notice. I bank with 2 other banks and have never had anything as ridiculous as this happen.If you’re reading this save yourself the aggravation and cursing and find a different bank that doesn’t scam their customers.

Do not trust the bankers here - especially Shavon Guilles. They’ll persuade you to open accounts just for them to get commission.I made two checking accounts for a promotion I did not receive although I was assured throughout the process that my accounts would be eligible for the promotion. When it came time to get my promotional reward, chase customer service alerted me that multiple accounts were created from the branch - accounts that I did not authorize to be created. They told me they would investigate this situation for fraud. Shavon was no help and told me to check with the bank manager for assistance.Winston- the bank manager told me he would follow up and he completely ghosted me instead of actually trying to resolve the problem. Take your money to a different branch, there’s a reason this branch has horrid reviews and it’s not the tellers.Also, good luck getting your appointed time, this branch is so lazily managed, you’ll always wait an hr.

They deserve zero stars! We had an appointment scheduled for 12:30 to meet with a banker about opening up an account. We were waiting in line at 12:33 and didn’t think much of the wait bc the banker we were there to see was still with a customer. We finally checked in around 12:37 as there were several customers in front of us. They asked us to have a seat bc the banker was still with his previous customer. We waited for over 40 minutes. No one said a word to us but they went around greeting everyone else. The banker finally came over to us (no apologies for the 40 minute wait or anything) to let us know he was gonna take his 1pm BEFORE US bc we were late by 10 minutes!! I explained that we were there at 12:33 and waited in line and checked in BEFORE 12:40, I even asked him to check the cameras. He refused and let us know he was taking his 1pm first. We definitely walked out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

No offense but how many days in a row do I have to call to get to speak to someone? I've called over 15 times today (and about the same amount of times on 3 different days last week) and NO ONE answers the phone. It's a job a monkey can do but for some reason you don't even have one of those.

I believe these people are incompetent. I gave one of my workers a check and although Chase cashed it they would not release the money to him without me verifying the I wrote the check. Had to go to the bank to do that and they made me wait an hour and I'm still not sure if he got his money.

Very surprised to see the low rating for this location. I love this location. Everyone is very nice, professional, and welcoming. They recognize me every time I come there and greet me by name with a very warm hello. I feel appreciated as a customer. The male staff is exceptionally handsome.
