Dean does not know how to measure carpet. He came to our house and measured wrong. Adding several sy to price. My husband contacted him and tried to explained the discrepancy and he could care less. Keith at the store was awesome. The installer did an amazing job. Dean however was very rude. He was the only downside to our experience.

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff as well as the installer. I went into the store on a Thursday, changed my mind on the color, switched colors and paid on Friday. Saturday my carpet was getting installed. No complaints about the customer service or installation! Will definitely be using them again.
