Took my car for routine maintenance.
Things that went well: the car was serviced in under 30 minutes.
Things that did not go well: I called before to get a quote (including taxes and fee) before taking my car for maintenance. However a USD 20+ fee which was not disclosed in my quote was added to my bill. All applicable fees and taxes should be included in a quote to avoid any surprises for the customer. Also a 3% fee is charged if paying via credit card.

Exceptional service from start to finish! Anthony was incredibly personable, attentive, and thorough, taking the time to explain every detail of the work done. Even though there are a million other things I’d rather be doing on a Saturday morning, my experience was smooth, efficient, and honestly the best I've had for car service. Highly recommend!

Mike Coster was very personable and gave helpful information on what was to be done. He also had another person explain some of the features of GPS (Mr. Misala ?). The servicing was done in less than a couple of hours.

Started out online inquiring and set my appointment to meet with Samuel the salesman there. He was very welcoming and promised to get us in and out with a vehicle. We were in the market for a pre-own and he came through for us. Within 1.5hr I was signing for my 2024 Malibu with 11k in milage with no money down. Come down and see Samuel. He will get you in a car. Samuel was down to earth and very up front with everything. Highly recommend ??

(Disclaimer: This is labeled as a one-star review because I know everyone skips to the worst ratings first. But trust me, you’ll want to read this one—it’s actually a five-star experience disguised as a one-star review!) Buying a car usually feels like walking into a lion's den, but Honda of Stone Mountain completely flipped the script. We recently purchased a 2025 Honda CR-V, and the experience was as smooth as the drive itself.
First off, Robert Young, the salesman, was a breath of fresh air. I was handling negotiations while under the weather, and Robert respected that, no pressure, no constant calls, just straightforward emails. By the time we set foot on the lot, everything was ironed out. No surprises, no nonsense, just the deal we agreed on. It’s like finding an honest mechanic - rare, but when you do, you stick with them.
Then there’s Carlos, the Finance Manager. Typically, this is where the hard sell kicks in, but not with Carlos. He walked us through the packages without the usual sales pitch theatrics. When I passed on the extras, he did push back a bit, but that's his job. He handled the paperwork like a pro and had us in and out. It was refreshing to see someone respect a customer's decision without trying to milk every penny out of the. If I had one gripe, it’s that they badge your car. I get advertising, but that’s what the tag frame is for. Don’t put vinyl dealership stickers on the paint! On the window, sure, but on the paint? It’s going to weather and eventually show differences in paint tones from fading. I was able to Goo Gone the adhesive left behind from the stickers but it was unnecessary and could have been avoided all together. It's poor taste, full stop. That's something you deal with when buying used, not brand new. But otherwise, it was a stellar experience. My wife already had experience with her mom’s CR-V, and we walked out with a brand-new CR-V that had an MSRP of $38,750.00, snagged for $35,113.00. After researching 32 dealers across Georgia and finding only two with the specific CR-V she wanted, I’m glad I chose this place. Here’s the kicker—I spent two weeks glued to YouTube, loading up on every tip and trick to handle salesmen and finance managers like a pro. I was armed to the teeth with knowledge, ready to battle it out for the best deal. But guess what? I didn’t even need to pull out my new tricks because the team at Honda of Stone Mountain made the process so easy and straightforward. Maybe I’ll save those moves for next time. ?So, if you’re tired of the usual dealership song and dance, head to Honda of Stone Mountain. They’ve got the smoothest moves in town, and you might just leave with a car and a smile.

Even though I haven’t purchased a car YET, he was so helpful with all of my 7,000,000 questions with no sense of rush or urgency! He gave me the best customer service that I could have asked for.
