When here a couple weeks ago and stood there for nearly 30min. I understood because one guy was helping a customer while the other was busy with something else. I just hate the fact no one even said we’ll be with u . I just ended up walking out and going to the closes tire shop. Btw they only had that lady and I. I really could care less how long u take as long as u let me know but just being ignored for that long is wild

We have been doing business with Bulldog for over 20 years. The service has always been highly professional and friendly. They have always been willing to work with us on scheduling drop off and pickup. Pricing is very competitive and they fully standby their work. Any post service issue we have ever had and they are very few Bulldog has corrected without question. We do not use any other auto service because of the great service.

UPDATE: someone contacted me about my issue with my last visit. They were very helpful and made it clear that the issue would be resolved.I’ve used bulldog tire in the past for mounting and balancing with great results. They’ve also recharged my AC as well. So I decided to go in deep with a front suspension replacement. I received an estimate, was satisfied with it, and dropped the vehicle off with all of the parts.I received a call shortly after leaving the car, that my estimate wasn’t written correctly and that the work involved would cost me an additional $700. I tried to find some middle ground but the gentlemen I spoke to was not budging and gave me this new, much higher price, in a “take it or leave it” tone.Needless to say, I went to pick up my car and recently had the work performed at another trusted mechanic a few towns away for $100 less than Bulldogs original estimate. So I spent $800 less for the same work. It was pretty dissapointing since I was willing to pay a little more for the convenience of being closer to home. Being pretty handy, and performing this work myself in the past , it seemed wildly unreasonable to pay nearly double the price for front end suspension work when I was providing most of the parts.

Experience at Bulldog TireI recently took my truck to Bulldog tire for brake service, control arm repairs, ball and socket joint replacements, steering & suspension and alignment. The customer service is good. The gentleman at the front desk are kind although kindness doesn’t make up for work on repairs. The point is to get your car repaired and fixed without having to bring it back. I’m a guy who takes very good care of my vehicle and I do very well in keeping a healthy successful running vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience was bitter sweet. They fixed my truck and within days I had to bring it back for them to fix it again. Aghrrr! If you’re like me that aggravates me over a few days the truck gets services has left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed.To begin with, the repair took the entire day, which wasn’t a problem at first bc I knew it was something I had to do until it inconvenient me for a second time losing money from my job and having to wait in a car shop. A service I do like is the partnering they have with Uber. I was provided a ride home free of charge. This is very nice. Although still left stuck and can’t get to work. However, what's more concerning is that within days of the repair, my truck started exhibiting problems . It began knocking and producing an extremely loud sound, as if I were dragging something on the ground while driving. This sound was not only highly unusual but also incredibly scary, considering the repairs I had just paid a lot of money for included my brakes.Being a customer, I am not only aggravated, but also confused and upset. I trusted Bulldog tire as licensed professionals to perform their jobs with expertise and precision. However, the fact that my truck's performance worsened soon after their repairs makes me lose trust in their deliverance of quality of work know matter how kind they are at the desk it has to follow up with the repairs in order to keep the customers satisfied. Overall I am hoping they are able to get my truck running back to normal and I can have a my reliable vehicle again. Stay tuned to follow up review.

Very nice staff. Price was reasonable, and best of all is they have free Uber service, so you don't have to wait around for the repair.

I had came by this morning for a tire to be replaced. They were very well stocked and very much focused to making sure my needs were met. They are patient with every question I had asked and got the job done at a very reasonable good time frame. Their communication was great during the process. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

Seth and Scott helped when I visited this location. It was less than an hour before closing and they provided customer service as though they had just opened. Not only did they provide a quote for each of my "what if we do this" scenarios, they came to inform me of a better option once they got the car on the lift and saw the tires firsthand. To top it all off, the car was finished and upcoming service suggestions given with one minute to spare before closing. The reviews were good, but it was better than anticipated. Highly recommend.

This location is very understaffed and makes it a hassle to get quality work. I got new tires last week and it’s been a headache ever since. They didn’t install the valve stem properly twice. They tried to fix it once but on the second attempt they explained they had no tire people in for the day. I had to go to the Tire Discounter 10 minutes down the road so I could get my tire fixed and not struggle any longer. The staff are nice people but I definitely wouldn’t come back to this location.
