Had a planned Disney trip and payed far in advance on a van. Had to wait on the vehicle/van to arrive from another rental center. The van was filled with pet hair even after so called cleaning. I was told it needed a deep cleaning and they didn’t provide that service there and didn’t have another van available. Lastly the tank was not full of gas even though it was noted as such, Budget insisted I pay, until we discovered when they drove the vehicle from the other facility it was never topped off simply because the receiving center don’t have gas pumps. I spent too much time waiting and correcting errors. However, Jennifer the supervisor offered a $40.00 credit in which I only got $20.00 and had to again spend time with customer service to get the other $20.00. I’m sooo proud that everyone was still cordial in getting the situation worked out?

Truck was not available when I arrived, the closest location was an hour away and I was expected to go to the location to pick up if I wanted the truck. It was too late in the day to pick up but they didn’t seem to care and didn’t try to accommodate something for the next morning.The company never called to let me know it wasn’t going to be available. They told me to call customer service. They had to place a message and would get back to me in 15min to 2 hours. Never heard from them. Unprofessional business, very disappointed and had to make other arrangements with 2 trips in my own vehicle.

Horrible customer service. I am from out of state and set up the rental car in advance to coordinate with my trip here. I arrived 15 minutes early and they informed me they didn’t have a car for me and they couldn’t confirm when they would have a car because the car I reserved was with another customer. They could not confirm when that customer would return the car, they gave conflicting return times for later in the afternoon depending on if the customer returned the car and said the customer may extend the car rental so then there would not be a vehicle for me at all. They were extremely unhelpful and unapologetic. They said I wouldn’t have any discounts. I asked about any of the many vehicles they had in the parking lot and they said none of their other vehicles worked. I ended up having to cancel the reservation because they could not provide me with a rental car like they guaranteed I would have when placing my reservation.

Horrible customer service here. Did not hold my reservation. Stay away. I’ve rented for years and multiple times each year from Budget. now I’m reconsidering ever going to a budget again due to this location and how customer service handled it horribly.

I’m moving to another state. I’ve had this truck reserved for two weeks!!! I get there to pick it up, and am being told they have no trucks to give!! I’ll NEVER do business with budget again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! If you’re looking to have to scramble to find a truck, last minute, then you can try your luck here. But I wouldn’t recommend this trash company!

I have rented from here before and while there were some minor issues, nothing that would deter me from booking with them again until today. I made a reservation for a vehicle and prepaid. I get all the way to the location to pick up my vehicle and get told that they don’t have the car for me and won’t be able to fulfill my reservation. I understand that it is out of their control that reservations are booked and they can’t fulfill the request but the team should communicate that to the customers before they come to the location expecting a vehicle. it is bare minimum customer service to let reservations know you can’t fulfill them.

The lady who works there has no manners. I was inquiring about a reservation I made online for pick up for today for a full size vehicle and she stated she has none on the lot. I then was asking what my other options are and then she she hung up. I tried calling back and she did not answer. This is not how you do business.

I recently rented at this location and received the most terrible customer service. The manager Brandon ray was completely rude. When I called in about his supervisor Laura fisher completely ignored my complaints. After I realized I was over charged for having my service animal in the car. 0 stars I do not recommend this company to anyway. Back to enterprise I go.

When I arrived there there was a little hiccup in my reservation but Niyah helped me she found another Avenue for me too take and I walked in and drove out in a car. Thank you budget, niyah

They didn't have ANY cars & I had a reservation for a week!somehow Brittany worked her magic and got a car from the airport asap for me to go get my daughter?I almost had to cancle spring break vacation!!Her customer service is AMAZING!!thanks again Brittany frm the Summers
