It’s amazing how unprofessional this agency has become since Leah left us. Every time I call I either get someone rude on the phone or have to call back over and over again. 3 times I have called for a quote and have yet to get back a response. I have been using this agency for years and the new hires or who ever is in that office needs to be trained properly when it comes to customer service.

I worked with Brian Birdsong and Leah Chay at another agency a few years ago and I liked them both so much. When they started Birdsong Agency, Inc I wanted to switch to them and I had to wait a bit, Leah remembered to call me months later and we began our insurance relationship again. I am SO glad to be back with them. I feel confident that I am getting the best rates and that I can count on Leah.

I've been with this agency for 3 years with no issues. I changed my bank account. The policy drew on old account and was sent back. Brian called to let me know the payment was returned. I told him the banks changed and he said Good to know, send me a voided check and I'll get it fixed. I emailed the voided check. Brian neglected to update my payment on his end and let my policy cancel. I didn't find out until I called to have a vehicle replaced with another I had just purchased. Leah stated that she didn't know what happened. She stated that she saw the email for the voided check and that Brian was busy selling his house and overlooked it. She said I was paying alot and that she could save me money , that she was so sorry and would get me a new policy asap. She did indeed get me a new policy for over 300 more per month because I didn't have the bundle for my home insurance anymore. She was supposed to fix this and still have yet to get a response other than oh well...my attorney will be in touch soon.

My company's insurance policies became inactive and had been inactive for MONTHS and it wasn't until it was time to update our customers with new COI's that I found out! I had put my trust in this agency. It was extremely difficult for me to get another policy with other companies due to being uninsured for that long period. As soon as I found out, I tried many times contacting the agency via email/phone, even left messages to Mr. Birdsong, my call was never returned. This was some time in March/April. Still to this day I have not received a call back, but, today I did get "junk" mail from the agency with business cards announcing new changes. That was a mistake because it only reminded me how frustrating they made life at that time and their mail only inspired me to write this review. I would not recommend this agency. NO, THANK YOU!

I was not informed when the business made a major change. Also after speaking to Mr. Birdsong he didn't do what he said. Basically he left me hanging.

Chad and Bryan took very good care of my family's Home & Auto Insurance. I can always count on someone answering the phone 9-6. Very well organized and overall nice people.
